Do not use this moving company. The quote was half of what the cost was when they arrived at my house!!! I was at their mercy because closing on my house was that day and we had to move! Let me continue. They left half of my belongings as Mr. Philip negotiated a price with me however, I was unaware that he would be leaving things behind to Get to that price. I waited 10 days for my belongings… their drivers delivered everything upside down… lamps were broken… Cabinets were broken and the best part of it all I had an industrial dolly of my own and they took it. it was literally the worst experience moving and unfortunately, I was doing it on my own and as a woman, I felt so vulnerable with this group of people! Claim was a nightmare so I never even ended up filing a claim. Just take my word for it. Mr. Phillip has lost his integrity through this business. It’s very sad.

Quoted much less than actually charged. Showed up on time on day of pick up. Held my stuff for 15 days even though they claimed 72 hours it would be there and actually it showed up 256 hours later. Customer Service is Horrific and they went from $7000.00 to $11000.00 and furniture was damaged and some stuff never showed up. Still waiting on a call back from my call to them. To get the job they answer quickly but service after the sale is non existent. When you finally get someone their agent actually had the audacity to say I should have planned better when I explained I needed my stuff because I was living out of a suit case. No I should have hired a honest moving company. Their dispatcher Phillip is rude and nasty. I would recommend to never use them. I know the industry is a crooked industry and they need investigating for sure.

Salesman statements not consistent with actual movers. Promises made not reality. Estimate even after walk through visual was way off, paid almost 50 percent more. Loaders left items behind even after multiple instructions. Took 10 days to get truck from OH to FL. Unloaders had no regard for our items. Many items broken, damaged and bad scratches on furniture. Saw them drop boxes. Employees were rude, confrontational and lazy. Had the gall to request a tip. Never will forget this horrible experience.

The worst experience. Moved from PA to TX. Quoted much less than actual fee. My belongings took 2 months for everything to be delivered which included multiple rescheduled appointments and inconvenient times, several parts, boxes, items were missing and countless items were broken. They never answered the phone once, or my emails and the companies they subcontracted to were shady, disreputable and downright rude. I was afraid to be alone to accept delivery. I pleaded with them to just deliver my items as beds and furniture parts were still missing and we have disabled and special needs persons in the home. Nobody was interested in helping or even doing what they promised.

Moved from NJ to TX. The reviews were a risk when I hired them but overall had a good experience. In NJ, they went to pick up my items, wrapped them very well and made it all intact to TX. They attempted to charge me a long carry fee which was not correct in my part because the distance of elevator to apt and to the truck met the minimum but they were able to rectify everything immediately. My main concern was my 65’ TV that I have treasured since getting it and it came in one piece not broken or anything. Some items did come broken but they were not any important items I cared about (ex: plastic empty container) All glass items did make it intact. The gentleman and his helper in TX were amazing. Thank you Alex.
