Excellent. Service was great, quote competitive, Jordan spent a load of time with me discussing options, even telling me not to buy some things as he didn't think they would help me (so I felt very honestly treated, rather than just sold things I didn't need). Another big national company hassled me endlessly, quoting very high and then calling with "£££ off if you sign today" scams unlike Ken Rhodes, who gave me a great price, great spec for my needs, and stuck to it. Fitting was prompt after ordering, on time and nicely done, with zero mess left behind. Went above and beyond with the window frame (beautifully done and in hardwood, which I was not expecting!) around the big, bifold window. The window itself looks great, has a very smooth action, and feels very nicely made. The tinted, soundproof glass works well, although trickle vents (legally required) allow a little noise through still, sadly. 15 year warranty is a fantastic thing to have, too. I will definitely use this company again.

The blinds on my doors have been broken for over a year now, they were supposed to come and replace them last year but they keep delaying it every single week. This is bad service and I don’t trust them to ever come anymore. I would not recommend.

We needed a new UPVC window and front composite door to be supplied and fitted and from the start, the customer care to the run up to the job was detailed and brilliant. Even when the door we ordered arrived to Ken Rhodes from the manufacturer damaged, they were straight on the phone to me to re-arrange a fitting date which thankfully they moved to the following day. The actual level of care of the work is great. The guys who came round to do the work were friendly and respectful and did a great job.Thank you for doing such a great job, would absolutely recommend.

Really professional service received from the Ken Rhodes Group........I explained from the start that I didn't want the hard sales pitch which I came to realise is not what this company is about. Joe quoted me a fair price, no gimmicky sales pitch, and left but was on hand when I needed to tweak my order even when not in the office. Similar story with survey and install, nothing was too much trouble and I felt in control rather than the company controlling me. The windows and doors look stunning and I've had many compliments from my neighbours! I can't recommend the Ken Rhodes group enough - great service from beginng to end at a fair price.
