Spencer and Jacobi did an amazing job getting us moved to our new home! They were quick, careful, and so kind. Big shout out to Spencer for filling in when one of the movers had to call in. When we called for the appointment, they got back to us at a reasonable time, and called with updates routinely. Thank you for a great and stressless experience :^)

Ya'll! Kentuckiana Moving, LLC has got you covered! Patrick is friendly and efficient at communicating your quote and the process. Price was very fair and payment is very easy to take care of. On the day of our move, Sean was beyond professional and accommodating. He had safety for his men as top priority right long the safety of my antique piano. We ended up needing a couple extra guys to lift the piano...so 2 more guys arrived with in 15 mins. Sean, Geo, Chris, and Patrick were friendly, respectful, and timely! You will pleased with their service!

They were pleasant to work with and saved our backs from pain in moving all of our heavy furniture! However, Kentuckiana Moving was HOURS late. When we tried to call them to see where they were, all of their phone numbers kept saying “this number can’t be completed as dialed.” We never received and apology from the company about the delay in our moving schedule that went on until late into the night, when originally scheduled 10-2. Also, the movers left a 3 foot scratch in our refinished hardwood floors, dropped furniture on our new tiled hallway, breaking one of the tiles, and messed up our newly painted basement walls. When they arrived at our just built new construction house, they left scratches, rips and holes in the brand new drywall and smudges on our walls in our stairwell. While the workers were very pleasant to work with, they had new hires who needed to be appropriately supervised so they don’t damage two houses at once for one client. Due to the lack of communication from the company, no apology for ignoring us and being hours late, and feeling pressured to leave a five-star google review (with the movers standing right in front of us), we only leave 2 stars because this Company (not the hard working movers :) ) did not treat us with respect and courtesy, even those the movers themselves were very nice and hardworking.

Shawn, Chris and Gio were Excellent!! They work hard all day went to a warehouse first and then to the Town Home on second floor! They carefully handle things all the time and they took care as they were their own!! I completely recommend Kentuckiana Moving!

I have moved numerous times and this move was above and beyond the best because of my fantastic, amazing and incredible crew: Ross, James, Corey, Von, Ty. They were on time, respectful, polite, cheerful, patient, kind and friendly. Despite an almost 14 hour day, they were wonderful the ENTIRE time! They were fast, efficient, safe and worked at 110% the entire time. I truly am beyond impressed with this wonderful crew and highly recommend them to anyone needing to move. Thank you Ross, James, Corey, Von and Ty!! You all were awesome!
