I am extremely disappointed with the services provided by First Key Homes. Their approach to repairs is highly questionable, as they seem to prioritize rigging over actual fixes. When I reported issues with my cabinets, which were rotting away, they came in and rigged them in such a way that they now barely open. The lack of professionalism and disregard for proper maintenance is appalling. It is evident that First Key Homes operates similarly to the slumlords you hear about in the news. I would strongly advise against renting from this company, as they do not prioritize the well-being and satisfaction of their tenants. My experience with First Key Homes has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. Zachary D’Orazio went over the move in and he was great! Fornesa, Dolly and Diana helped guide me through the process as well! Everyone I talked to was professional and friendly! Love the house and all the discounts! However they are doing nothing to trim the branches and remove the dead trees that were here before we moved in! We even had tree trim service company stop by and quote us! FPL said if the wind picks up during storms they will come down and also said more importantly if one of those dead trees or dead branches may come down at any point. Trees are over the garage area and Lanai. I have a 8 year old and 15 year old who loves to swim and above the pool is a dead tree with dead branches! We also go on bike rides which is a risk too, knowing dead trees and branches or over the garage onto the driveway. This is the home owners responsibility not mine!

New residents - had an issue with the dishwasher. Mark from maintenance was able to come the next day. Ended up needing to order a new one and a week later we now have a working new dishwasher. Very friendly, got the job done quickly. No complaints!!
