I used them about a week ago to move a piano, and everything went smoothly. I mostly communicated by email with Theresa - she asked me questions about my piano and the move and gave me a quote upfront, which ended up being the same price I paid. She also called me the day before to give me a time frame, and then the movers called me on the day of as well. Very easy to work with and reasonably priced.

Damaged our piano, ignored the damage, amateur movers. From the get go it was clear these movers neither had a general respect for people nor had much experience moving pianos. If you're a piano moving company that has horrible customer service, predatory pricing, and an absence of punctuality - the pianos you move had better arrive in the same shape they left in. We gave notice immediately following the move of the damage to the piano and included before and after photos proving the damage came from the move. They failed to reply to phone calls and emails, seeming to actively avoid us. Who has time to go to small claims court these days? They aren't good for their word, don't trust this company.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! I'll just get to the point. I called and made and appointment and talked about all the costs associated with the move and agreed on their estimate. I called a day prior to the move to get my time slot for the next day and was told they had to charge me $100 extra for a mileage charge. I said point A to B was only 11 miles and they responded the mileage is charged from their office. This should have been noticed during the lengthy conversation I had the day that I scheduled. Leaving me with no choice but to pay as I didn't have time to shop around. The time slot was 12-1pm for pickup. I got there at 1145 and waited to nearly 2pm and made 4 phone calls but no one answered and no one bothered to call me to inform me they were running late. I got zero calls yesterday and this morning while I'm at work in a meeting they leave a voice-mail with a list of excuses why they couldn't make it and that they showed up at 4pm and no one was there??? As if our only purpose in life was to wait for a company that doesn't even call to say they are running late.... I should just wait blind? The pickup team apparently tried calling me but the phone number they were given was also wrong? A typo they say? Absolutely ridiculous... then they want me to reschedule? Are you nuts? Edit: Oh and they said the home they were picking up from would be more than a ramp fee as there are too many stairs at the entrance? Funny thing is they delivered this piano when it was new to the current owners and charged them a ramp fee upon delivery. Interesting how it was doable with a ramp on delivery (entering the home) but not possible when exiting the home. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

The piano made it safely, but they gave us a quote initially over the phone which seemed like a fair price, I described both homes and access to both homes accurately over the phone, including going through the yard. when they arrived they charged us an outrageous “yard fee” for 60 seconds of having to wheel the piano through some grass, which they knew about over the phone. Seemed very unfair and the movers were rude, we talked to the office to discuss the fee and they wouldn’t compromise and told us we didn’t tell them about the grass (even though I did). Although our piano made it safely, it was very expensive and an unpleasant experience. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

HORRIBLE!!!!!!! DO NOT USE! Showed up late. Said they had to charge for 2 flights of stairs when it was just 1 easily navigable flight of stairs and I was quoted for 1. DAMAGED OUR HOUSE IN MULTIPLE AREAS. Wish I would have gone with Pro Piano Movers.
