I'm utterly disappointed with the lackluster service I received from Keys Trucking LLC. Let me save you the trouble: don't bother wasting your time or energy here. Despite promises of payment, the reality was a far cry from what was advertised. Not only did I not receive any payment for the services rendered, but the quality of work was abysmal. It's a shame that this company can't even fulfill its most basic obligation of compensating its workers. Communication was virtually non-existent. Emails and calls were left unanswered, leaving me in the dark about the status of my payment. It's evident that customer satisfaction and employee welfare are not even on their radar. To top it all off, the management's attitude was appalling. Instead of addressing the issue with professionalism and empathy, they brushed off my concerns as insignificant. It's clear that they prioritize their own profits over the well-being of their workers. Save yourself the headache and steer clear of Keys Trucking LLC. You're better off taking your talents elsewhere, where your efforts are valued and respected.

We have had so many calls regarding payment for long haul trucking. We are NOT a long haul company. There is another Key’s Trucking business that is evidentially scamming people out of their money. That is not us. We only have dump trucks. And trust me, our lease trucks will tell you that we pay them on time even when we don’t get paid. We are very sorry that this other company is being dishonest and taking your hard earned money. We are working towards getting this issue fixed. We definitely do not want our name drug in the ground when we are an honest company that takes care of our employees and lease truck owners.

BE AWARE! This company has NO CREDIBILITY. They DON'T PAY and when you try to collect they don't answer the phone, they don't reply to any messages. It's a big SCAM. DON'T trust this company!
