CONTRARY TO HOW THEY REPRESENT THEMSELVES AND THEIR CREW, THIS IS NOT A MOVING COMPANY. IT IS AN INTERSTATE BROKER THAT RESELLS YOUR MOVING ESTIMATE. DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR FRAUDULENT SCAM. They will be more than charming and lock you in with the lowest estimate. As brokers they will provide estimates based on c.f., while all moving carriers provide estimates based on weight. In any event, they provided an interstate moving estimate to us for $8200. Three days before the move, we spoke to their quality assurance team, who, after reviewing our revised inventory, quoted as $10,900 to move 4368 cf, and estimated the move would require a crew of six men and three 26 foot box trucks. At this point we were almost $5000 into deposits to secure our move with "their crew" on August 30. The day of the move no movers showed up. We waited an entire day. The following day, two movers showed up, three hours late, in a Penske 26 ft. box truck. After reviewing our inventory, they estimated we had 7500 cf. of volume instead of the 4368 originally estimated, and handed us an orange note card with an estimate to move us just under $24,000. More than double the original estimate. We refused, and asked them to move only the volume originally estimated. If we went over, we planned to make arrangements to rent a UHaul and would move the remainder ourselves. Their binding estimates claims that the binding estimate will only change if additional volume or services are added on. We didn't add any on, and requested they only move what they had originally estimated. To make a long story short, they wouldn't do it. They came back and tried to offer us a "DISCOUNTED" flat rate of $18,500--regardless of our volume. We again asked them to move only the amounts they had originally estimated, and the moving carrier who showed up without any sort of company name or identification, refused. His exact words, "I don't care how much you want me to move. I'm not moving you for less than $18,500." We were left high and dry. Having to rent our own truck, and secure other movers. We ended up using Don Farr Moving, who we highly recommend. Our total move with Don Farr was under $8,000.
PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. THEIR KINDNESS AND COMPETING ESTIMATES ARE A BAIT AND HOOK. THEY COULD NOT DELIVER ON THE MOVE THEY SOLD TO US, AND ARE NOW REFUSING TO RETURN OUR FULL $4,879.25 DEPOSIT, FORCING US TO SEEK LEGAL REMEDY. INSTEAD, THEY ARE CLAIMING THEY WILL ONLY OFFER US A REFUND OF $1000 DUE TO THE AMOUNT OF TIME THEY PUT INTO COORDINATING US AND SELLING US A MOVE THEY COULD NOT DELIVER ON.

Warning, USE THIS COMPANY AT YOUR OWN RISK! It is impossible for the reviews left by other customers are real. The following is my experience after using this company. I have given them more than enough time to resolve my issues, but it is obvious that they don't care. From being strong armed by my movers, receiving damaged items, to receiving someone else's items, this company is the WORST. I made the attempt to reach out to their Quality Assurance representative, Amber Dylan and she has blown me off every time.
I wanted to add emails to show my attempts to resolve the issue, but unfortunately they exceed the limits that Google allows. Needless to say, this company is terrible. While I was unable to add my emails, I have added pictures to show how my items were treated.
To the owner, my one star review is warranted. I have all of the email communications that I've had with Amber. I didn't receive the claim forms that she promised and my emails stopped being answered. Please feel free to provide a number and I will be more than happy to give you an opportunity to make it right.

After two local moving companies failed to follow-up with us on our move, we contacted Keystone, a moving broker. I was impressed by their ability to complete a furniture and other item inventory over the phone, and to quickly provide a moving estimate based on the calculated volume of our belongings. They kept us informed of when to expect the movers, and followed up after the delivery to check if the move went well. Of course, the quality of who will actually load and unload the moving truck is different than Keystone who simply coordinates the mover and the customer (but we were also well-pleased with the movers they did arrange for us). Overall, I'd recommend Keystone for their professional attitude, and I felt like they cared about making our move less stressful and a success for us.

MD to TX Move - All my belongings finally arrived on 8/15 & 8/21/20 with minimal damages. To my surprise! the owner of Keystone reached out to me through a conference call with the third-party moving company to rectify my relocation drama. His action is evidence he has intrigue. We settled on a compromise and I am greatly satisfied with the compensation. However, if you want 5-Star ratings, partner with 5-Star moving companies and hire 5-Star employees like Christina. From day 1, she provided me with accurate details and followed-up, but she can’t do EVERYTHING solo. So when you use this company, ask for her so paperwork can be done correctly.

MD to TX Move - It's 8/12/2020 - I still DO NOT have my belongings. We negotiated 7/28/2020 delivery date & it's been 27 days and counting. My pick-up date was 7/16/20, a day late. They still continue to be M.I.A. The only time I can get a response is through this platform. They had the audacity to call me to ask me to take down my negative responses. I counter replied and asked if what I wrote was false, NO! They didn't admit fault, only stated they are working on it. The truck is in Kansas - useless information. I live in Houston, TX!
They didn't honor the delivery date. I have no idea when or if my belongings will arrive.
I continue to be inconvenience of sleeping on the floor for the past 3 weeks and occurring unexpected expenses eating out - no pots/dishes. Online school has started for my child and no supplies.
Not one word of compensation from them.
I have to file a claim, more waiting and being inconvenience.
Don't use this broker - contact a moving company directly. They are dishonest and leave you in the dark for weeks.
I will keep you updated until I receive my belongings or compensated for my inconvenience. Learn from my COSTLY MISTAKE!

Keystone outsourced my move to Honeybee Moving. Every time I turned around the price kept going up. Starting at $5,000, ending at $30,000. I paid for packing service by professions. I got a bunch of guys they hired off of Craig's List who had zero experience. My stuff was stored somewhere for a month, leaving us at our new home with nothing. When they finally arrived, the two moving trucks ran into each other in our driveway. When they were unloading, the foreman tried to hit me up for more money and even told me that they expected a tip. There was so much damage (brand new leather couch had a hole in it, all appliances were dented and scratched, fine china in pieces, etc.). 95% of boxes unpacked had broken items. We also found mouse droppings and chewed up clothing in boxes. They were supposed to assemble our trundle bed but couldn't find the hardware (I paid for this service as well). I filed an insurance claim but never got a response. Both Honeybee and Keystone have qhosted me. I have left messages for Keystone but they have never called me back. I easily have over $10,000 in damage!
