They were both really nice. Very careful with handling even though table was in front of truck. There was a boot print on the bench. It was obvious that the boot print was there before the table was wrapped in blankets. They tried to clean it off, but were unsuccessful. The five star rating is for the delivery guys. Not sure who was responsible for getting it ready for shipment. I was able to clean the boot print so not permanent damage.

I just had an encounter with the friendliest and most helpful delivery driver ever, Desmond Asberry. I personally have been around many drivers through the years, but I've never been around someone that thoroughly enjoyed delivering and answering a few questions. He made me feel like I was a long time friend. I sure look forward to ordering more and having Desmond deliver to me. Thank you Mr. Desmond for your kindness. Hard to find this day and time. Keep up the great attitude.

They were very polite, courteous, and respectful. They took great care of the furniture despite the 91 degree heat. They previewed the driveway before coking up to make sure they could get up our difficult driveway without any problems. Ten stars each! Thank you very much for your company's help! It was greatly appreciated throughout the whole process especially in accommodating our delivery date.

Jake McElwain showed up solo with a bookcase we have been waiting the better part of the year for to have delivered. Needless to say we were very excited for this arrival and prayed it wasn’t damaged in transit! Jake was exceptionally polite and personable, and managed what I consider a very difficult delivery (we have stairs) with grace and ease. Our delivery arrived in pristine condition. He did a wonderful job and it was a great experience.

I’m going to keep this short and sweet. Keystone Transport is a gem. The customer service is impeccable. We have had no issues with deliveries to date and continue to receive positive feedback from our end customers about their experience. Although the transit time can be longer for distant delivery zones, that aspect is far outweighed by the careful handling of the freight and the excellent end customer experience.
