Personally this was one of the best experiences I've had with a dentist as well as office staff. The dental work provided was with care, They are kind and efficient.

This dentist is a dummy because he allows a woman to work there using her position to scream at patients on the phone. She is out of control, blaming, gaslighting, bullying, and being an outright lunatic idiot. Why would the doctor allow that kind of behavior is a mystery. Either he doesn't need more patients. He is sleeping with her, thus allowing her to act so inappropriately, or he won't sleep with her, thus making her furious lashing out at the patients. Whatever the situation is, they are working together and are highly dysfunctional. There must be a weird explanation for this. Why the doctor would allow that to go on while patients are being treated is beyond my imagination. What gives her the right to act so angry, so unlike a lady, so ugly, so stupid and so pathetically. A person in pain should not get an appointment in thirty days. It's an emergency. They don't care about the patients. Money rules, and if a person has insurance that may take them longer to get paid, they are not interested and will place one at the end of the line. It is incredibly unacceptable for a business to offer this kind of service and behavior from a dummy doctor who allows that to go on. Shame on you. Stupid incompetent little children with a tantrum against patients. 🤫🤐🤔 Go to BELL DENTAL CENTER. They are friendly, do goog work, talk to you about the procedures, are professionals and the place is clean. Please go to BELL DENTAL CENTER. Don't waste your time with this mediocre, incompetent, and mad people.

Never going back she did a cleaning and iv been hurting ever since and my back bottom tooth feels like its broken now which it never was broke and im still hurting till this day

Had a root canal done here,he was not careful at all,he almost poked my eye trying to put sunglasses on me while I had a cotton swab in my mouth and my hand/arms under the apron,he broke my tooth and didn't even acknowledge it!,he just tried to fix it, the nurse just gasped and he just kept going.I have extreme anxiety and I'm scared of dentists,he only made it worse 😔 He kept covering my nose and I couldn't breathe properly as I had water/chlorine/medication in my mouth Half way through the procedure I started to feel a lot of pain, by the 3rd time I tried to mention it,he seemed bothered and actually put some more anesthesia but I could tell he didn't like it cause he grabbed my mouth almost trying to turn it inside out, mind you I couldn't really feel my lmy lips/cheek and still could feel him doing that, he actually made me cry,I had an anxiety attack right there and he just kept going,as he kept working,he ripped/made a hole on the plastic cover and and water, chlorine and some sort of medication came in my mouth and he wouldn't even use the suction thing,I almost choked and had to swallow everything!

Very dedicated and detail oriented doctor. My mom got two root canal procedures with Dr Nguyen and is super happy about the outcome.
