Needed a large 8000 lb machine moved 775 miles up the Atlantic Coast. I tried Uship, lot of freight middlemen were eager to submit quotes via text and messaging...none of them had phone numbers, very few has specifics, everyone seemed to be a broker working out of their home, it was frustrating. I wanted a telephone number and a human, I wanted to speak to a driver, I thought that was the concept behind Uship. Not what I experienced. I located and called Kickstand , Cooliage answered. He was mild mannered. Looked at the photos of the machine, looked at the distance and calmly said he could do it for an amount that was competitive. I said lets do it. But what he offered, which was so much more than almost all the responders on this platform was real time scheduling and details on the size of his truck and delivery ETA from a live person.. Anyway, he pulled it off, got here early and machine was well protected. This guy knows what he's doing. I could tell he was very careful, by the way he arrived. He's very cautious. He is a great guy to do business with. You will be lucky if he is in your area and can handle your freight. Next time I'm in the market, I hope he's around to help. Can't beat this guy.
