Kid Glove did an amazing and thorough job of safely delivering art work to my clients loft. From the communication, follow up, delivery and unboxing of the art, all was perfect! The delivery team was very well versed in the care and attention needed for special art pieces. I coordinated the receipt of items and met them on behalf of my client who was traveling and the process was smooth. The office staff (Christina) and the Delivery Coordinator (Kristina) were accommodating, kept in touch prior to delivery and made sure all went especially well. I am so grateful! If you value your sanity & time, do not use this company. The owners have zero professionalism. We've done a significant amount of business with Kid Glove for many years, long before the current owners purchased it. In the few short years the have owned KG, the service has plummeted. The damages our furniture has encountered in their warehouse is unacceptable. They are extremely difficult to coordinate with, and go out of their way to try to make it more complicated. We've been attempting to close our account with them and collect our remaining items in storage, but they've made it nearly impossible and require us to pay cash in advance even though we have a net 10 contract with them and never bounced a check in the history of our business. Beware. There are many other receiver options in town that do a far better job and don't treat people like dirt. Even the truck drivers are thrilled we're not shipping to them anymore.

The level of professionalism and accountability was not acceptable for the price they charge. Extremely disappointed in being charged storage fees for over a month while being unaware they were trying to reach me because they had the incorrect number. Instead of calling my designer within a few days, they waited over a month. Kid Glove immediately blamed the designer for the mistake, took no accountability and charged me over $600 in storage fees. Not a fair system for the consumer. Highly recommend another service.

The crew that did the move was both professional and diligent, they were 1.5-2 hrs late, but other than that no complaints whatsoever. This review comes from their 'storage' fee. We asked for the furniture to be delivered ASAP, they couldn't do it right away and charged us a large storage fee while we waited for them to deliver it! So the charge seems to be for their slowness - this doesn't seem right nor fair. When I called Amanda to inquire about this she wasn't able to provide a reasonable explanation. If you have a choice of movers, look into this!
