I echo John’s sentiments from his review below. This company scams you out of thousands of dollars. We went with this company for our move specifically because they had a cancellation during the time slot we needed and the price was right. They’ve increased the price three times and we still haven’t received our things. Our items were picked up 1/17 and apparently brought to a storage warehouse in LA?? This was never conveyed to us. The communication and customer service was lacking. In order to get any sort of update, I need to constantly call. The Transt USA Movers that Kinetic contracted with were also a terrible company as well. As John stated, it is deplorable. I do plan to submit an arbitration…How does someone plan to live without their things for 3 weeks?! Especially since we were originally given a window of 1/23-1/25 for delivery. RIDICULOUS. A customer service rep at Kinetic was willing to admit that the carrier they contracted with for the pick-up was so bad they won’t use them again, but they are unwilling to offer any kind of a refund after our price was inflated 3 separate times… take your business elsewhere and protect yourself as a consumer.

DO NOT USE KINETICS VAN LINES. Their business practices are deplorable and deceptive when outlining fees and services and when responding to complaints. We told the the rep exactly what was being shipped, but little did we realize the estimate was based on the minimum allowance and not what we described. After the movers loaded the truck, we were shocked to learn the price was doubled because the actual cubic footage was much more than the estimate. When I called Kinetics to complain, the customer service rep said that he would look into it and call me back. No one ever called back then, or the other five times I called to ask questions or complain about the third party moving company they hired, which had an F rating with the BBB and numerous bad reviews. We were not told that a third party was doing the actual move, otherwise we would have done more research. We gave a specific date range of when the items needed to be delivered, and were told that it wouldn't be a problem. When the shipment didn't arrive, we had to contact the 3rd party moving company and were told that they have 21 days after pickup to deliver, per the fine print in the contract. This 21-day window should have been disclosed by the sales person when we originally contacted them for the estimate. It was never mentioned, and if it had been we would have looked elsewhere. Upon delivery, all boxes were smashed, and the furniture was water stained and damaged. It looked like it was stored outside in the rain or in a leaky warehouse. We now have to file a claim, and are doubtful that we will be fully reimbursed for our items. We would never recommend Kinetics Van Lines and Handle With Care Moving and Transportation, LLC, and want to warn others who are considering hiring this company

If I could give this company a negative five stars, I promise I would. If this review comes across your page, please read it and take a lesson from me before you accept a "deal" with ANYONE. Check their reviews first. I am mad at myself that I did not. Do not take that 4.6-star rating at face value - someone has manipulated something somewhere because this company does not offer 5-star service; they offer no stars. Now, where do I begin... I submitted a query for movers on 2/24/2023; I received several calls and vetted several quotes, and then I received a call from "Jonathan" of Kinetic Van Lines - I put his name in quotes because, after that initial call, I never heard from that person again. With my entire family in the room and him on speaker phone, Jonathan walked us through the estimate (not ONCE mentioning anything about cubic square footage rates). He only talked about the truck size. When we estimated what we planned to take with us, he did not record the correct amount of boxes we discussed during the phone conversation. The pièce de résistance - we were told that we did not have to have the exact amount of pieces defined during the estimation process and that we would receive a quality assurance call from Kinetic Van Lines one to three days before our move window to review our inventory and update the estimate. Guess what? That NEVER HAPPENED. I called Kinetic Van Lines every month from different phone numbers to get a person to talk to so that I could understand the process as we got closer to the move time, and no one ever answered. I called during their business hours of 10a - 6p EST every day and always got this message, "We're sorry the person you're trying to reach is unavailable right, please leave a message, and someone will get back to you." I left messages and sent emails to no avail. They gave us a moving window, and the contracted movers showed up a whole 24 hours sooner than we expected them. Our move ended up costing $2500 more because our estimate was for 512 cubic feet and 60 pieces. We had 180 pieces after we got everything packed up. Of course, we called Kinetic Van Lines, and they're nowhere to be found. I am thankful to God that we had a family to help us come up with the extra money, and we have some time before our things get dropped off to come up with the final balance. Kinetic Van Lines, if you even read this, I pray that God has mercy on your cold and heartless souls for doing hardworking people like this so you can make a deal. You could at least answer your phones and respond to emails - your business practices are deplorable. I will report you to whoever will listen to me - the Better Business Bureau & the Department of Transportation.

Hired Kinetic to handle my move and was surprised how well everything went. You hear a lot of horror stories about things going wrong but these guys handled my items real well. besides a couple damaged boxes everything went perfect! Thank you to the team that helped set this up.

What a mess I warn you don’t use them !!my stuff came in chipped so many items were ruined, some items were wet.A total disaster! If you call them to let them know, they will not contact you back. truck driver brought all my items in by his self. With no help last 10 minutes he was here two others showed up to help him when he was about done!!! it will take a whole day for them to even take off your items from the truck!!! they did not put nothing together. Worst business we have ever been through. Do not use them.
