Ordered doors through Home Depot. Home Depot uses Freight King for delivery. I received an email on 6/7 saying my doors would be delivered on 6/10. I called Home Depot and they said the doors would reach FK on 6/10, and then FK would call me for delivery. FK called me on 6/12, and we scheduled delivery for 6/13. No doors were delivered; no cancellation notice, no communication at all. I called 3 times on 6/14 to see what was going on; no one answered, no one returned my call.

Horrible company. I ordered a large home generator from The Home Depot. The Home Depot uses Non Stop Delivery for their deliveries and Non Stop Delivery uses this local 3rd party company for deliveries in my area of Northern CA... unfortunately. The folks at Non Stop Delivery were as helpful as they could be but Freight King was horrible. They never answer their phones and have NO customer service whatsoever. I’ll never order ANYTHING that needs delivering from The Home Depot for fear that Non Stop Delivery might use this 3rd party delivery company again. I’ll go to Lowe’s instead. The Home Depot promised delivery of my generator on a specific day but it wasn’t convenient for Freight King! Now all my arrangements are screwed up since someone has to be at my home for delivery and I had an electrician on standby for the electrical work. Live and learn.

Lousy customer service. I placed order through Homedepot for Anderson Windows. The lady informed me the windows are received,11/20 morning. She said the the schedule delivery is on Tuesday. I requested her to deliver on either on 11/20 or 11/21 before thanks giving. I said I may not be available on 11/27. She said she can do on Friday. I requested to deliver on 11/21. Without even listening me she dropped the call. The call was from 408 590 5763 at 1:29 pm on 11/20. I reached out back to Home Depot. The person offered to borrow their truck so that I can pickup the Freight King Union City as will call. The Home Depot person tired to call FK to confirm. They were closed. Home Depot person sent email to FK. Hope they respond tomorrow early morning. FK does not even exhibit hours operation on their website. I am surprised to see how Anderson Windows engaged this company. I am thoroughly disappointed. My new house is being exposed to the rain without these window in place. Anderson gave 11/20 as the delivery date initially. I accordingly arranged the installer for 11/21. It is all messed up due to FK.

Mysteriously my 5k custom patio doors were ‘lost’ at freight kings wearhouse. Not sure how you lose 7’ x 8’ patio doors but I see here others have had same experience. My guess is someone over there steals your stuff. Logistics company told me they’ve had so many issues that they fired them. I would definitely not use this company. No assistance nor apology either despite humorous calls .

Wow, I've been in the trucking and brokerage business for over 20 years and this has to be one of the worst carriers I have ever heard of. One of Home Depot's vendors uses them for Door deliveries. We were told the door was going to deliver 2 weeks ago. We've called over and over to ask where it is, when it will deliver etc. Finally late last week they told us it would deliver on Monday between 12-4PM. No call, no show, nothing. So we've been calling ever since, today we finally get an answer, oh, the door was too big to fit on our truck for deliver. Why didn't they call? When will they figure out how to deliver it? They just keep transferring us to different voice mails, nobody in 2 weeks has ever returned a call. Utterly ridiculous. I'll be reporting this carrier on Truckstop, TIA Watchdog and Carrier411. Hopefully nobody else will have to deal with this BS.
