Jason and Paul were amazing! Super kind, super helpful and extremely professional! They did a phenomenal job packing my pod! 10 out of 10 for sure! (Not a fake review as one reviewer mentioned) I needed extra hands to help pack my pod as my family and I moved to California. Truly, I had a really positive experience with this company!

****SCAM**** PLEASE READ! I should have paid more attention to the previous negative reviews. The owner(s) of this company (if you can even call it that) are absolutely thieves. They hire random contractors to do the moves (the movers told me this themselves). This is not a legitimate moving company. They outsource the work. Then, the contractors take long hours to complete the move, resulting in them charging an additional $150/hour. I paid $400 for a basic 1 bedroom move (I live alone, and I barely have any furniture, see attachment) in advance. Paid in full. The move was scheduled for 9am, they showed up at 11:30am. After the truck was loaded & we reached the destination to unload, the contractors told me, "Mike called and said we have to charge another $600 to unload because we are over time." Mind you, this is a basic 1 bedroom move. I called the number on Google, and the man named Mike was the rudest and most inconsiderate person I've met in a never long time. He kept putting the blame on me, saying, "You should have called us if they were taking long. You should have done this, that, etc.". I was in absolutely disbelief. I asked dozens of times to speak to his manager, and he continued to decline my request. I doubt there is even a "manager," as this entire operation is a scam. He kept arguing with me and saying, "we are going to keep charging you by the hour, so i suggest you just pay the additional $600. They tried charging me $1000! I ended up agreeing to an additional $400, resulting in a total of $800. I honestly don't understand how people like "Mike" can sleep at night. PS I'm certain that most, if not all, of the positive reviews are FAKE. My hope is that this review can save a ton of other people time, money, and headache. God bless ❤️
