I called a few places shopping around and this place was by far the most professional one. Erick helped me on the phone to book my reservation and he exceeded my expectations. Our driver Moon arrived 30 mins early and was so nice and pleasant. Waited for us all night and drove us back home. We rented the limo bus splinter and it was amazing on the inside and we all had an amazing time in it. I will definitely use this company again for my future events.

Driver with the license plate 99121E2 RIPPED ME OFF!! He was sitting outside of a bar and as I was calling a Lyft he suggested he could drive me home. Me with my poor judgement took him up on my offer to drive me 1.8 miles and HE CHARGED ME $50 for the trip. Then he lied and told me this was the expected cost for a comparable Uber black ride (which it wasn’t when we literally looked it up in the car, it was $38 for an Uber black). This man was rude, took advantage of me and then told me I was cheap because other riders tip him $100, seriously?! Obviously it’s best to just use our ride share apps such as Lyft and Uber and not these private tricky drivers.

The Best!! Our driver was on time to pick us up at our home, the SUV was clean, and it was a smooth trip to the airport. He was very polite and professional, I think his name was Taylor or Tyler I think. He provided a mask for my Mom when she asked, and I was pleased when he opened the door for my Mom getting in and out as well, and also helped her with her walker. I was impressed! Thank you! I'll be calling again soon =)

I requested a Lincoln limo and I told this company that it was for my wedding I see pictures of the limo and they said they were well narrowness and very nice and they were very communicative in their emails and professional and the driver was very nice. However on my wedding day a giant black airport sprinter vans shows up and I was so upset. I asked the driver where my limo was and he said this is the car. I'm already 30 minutes behind schedule and really did not have time to argue about the car for my bridal party and get away. So I socked it up and went with it. My husband was all gasp very upset when the "limo" showed up to pick up the groomsmen because I told him I ordered a limo and he was very excited for it. I had my wedding at a very classy venue, the Heffernan street mansion and that giant sprinter van is so ugly in all of my photos and I'm so upset. I called the day after my wedding to twist a refund and the person I spoke with said he would only refund me 150 dollars. I did not pay for a sprinter van like its my 21st birthday and we're going to Vegas. I requested and was promised a classy limo to match the theme of my wedding. I argued on the phone with the manner and he said it's my fault for not calling them the day of my wedding to complain that I didn't like the sprinter van I didn't request. Also the driver got one of my wedding guests car on the way out. The company only offered me 150 refund when I paid 1,330 dollars for a Lincoln stretch limo that I did not receive so now I have to file a fraud claim with my credit card company.

I wish we could give a ZERO star review for this company. Attended my cousin’s wedding and the limo that was originally ordered (a stretched Lincoln as advertised on their website) was not what showed up. instead a party bus style limo was sent. When the bride came out to get in, she was horrified…she asked the driver where her limo that she had ordered, was at. He responded “this is it!”Running behind almost 30 mins already, she didn’t have time to address the situation directly with the owner. It didn’t end there…the limo hit a guest’s car with 3 guests inside of it (1-pregnant and 1-elderly). When flagged down and horns honking, the driver didn’t get out and drove off (technically a hit and run). This was probably due to the driver having his AirPods in the entire time he was driving. When the bride called to ask about a refund for obvious reasons, the website was immediately taken down and the owner stated that the driver relayed that the “hitting of another vehicle didn’t happen” and were only offered $150 refund. With my cousin being a military vet, integrity is important to him and there was nothing honest about this company! Have fun with the “hit and run” police report for your lack of proper customer service, “Prestige” Limousine! Absolutely horrible! Would NOT recommend!
