We moved from Washington NJ to Hilton Head Island and used Kinnaman as our trucking and moving. It was by far one of the most disorganized companies I have worked with, especially Dave the manager. We bought insurance, and when our plates got destroyed, Dave could not be found. When the furniture arrive, they had no men to unload the truck, so my wife & I were movers. I also had to assemble all the beds and dinning room furniture. There guys showed up at noon that day, and just dumped everything anywhere. We were clearly ripped off. I would not recommend them for any long haul moving. Dave who owns the place is an amazing BS type of guy. I see your response below, which is very inaccurate....You have ignored us, offered nothing, and never gave us insurance we paid for coverage. Everything you wrote is a total lie, you spoke to my wife once, then ignored her calls David. As a Hall of Famer, its business dealings like this that give your business a bad name. Grow up, fix your mistakes! There were several item damaged and missing ! Lets us not forget we unloaded the truck, because you had no help arrive. I have picture of it all !! PS...Im glad you admitted none of your people were here to unload the truck....Sad to see you denied all the other broken or missing items.

One year ago we moved from Clinton New Jersey to Georgia and we have had a horrible experience with this company especially Dave. We use them years ago when they had a different manager and everything went great so we decided to use them again. The first thing they did was cancel our moving date when we had everything all set and they told us they could not move us on that date. The next thing that happened was a lot of her items were damaged and Dave convinced us to do the insurance for $300 in case anything was broken and when we tried to file a claim he never responded to any of our calls and emails. We recently just found out that he said he no longer works for the company and now when you call there is just a recording and you cant get in touch with anyone. They are completely disorganized and dis honest and Dave comes off as this friendly nice guy that will do a great job and he has totally screwed us. We probably need to hire a lawyer at this point to get our items covered because no one will answer our calls. Do not use this company at this point because they must have gone through something and change managers from when they were great years ago this is no longer the case. We have been extremely frustrated and upset this past year trying to get money back for all of our items that were damaged with no success, stay far away from this company they are dishonest and something is going on

I have to amend my recommendation. After looking at our stuff that we moved from our home to our new apartment there are many broken things which are not replaceable. I would not recommend these guys to anyone & I'm never moving with them again or using them again. While very nice, Lee & Mark I am finding many broken items and there is nothing I can do about them.
