Dr. Zimmer and Dr. Bortz are both amazing doctors and that's why it's really disappointing to have to write this review. There front office is horrible managed. You never get a person to answer the phone and all voice messages are never returned. This has been going on for 2 years now and I was told that it was being fixed, but as of today, I've left 6 voice messages in the past week without any replies. It saddens me that I will need to leave my primary physician of 15 years to find another if this continues.

Dr Zimmer has been my doctor for over ten years. He is the best doctor I have ever seen. Always going over and beyond for my medial care. I always highly recommend him to my family and friends or anyone needing to see a physician!

Dr Zimmer is the best doctor ever. We have been patients for approx. 10 yrs but had to move 3 hours away and had some serious issues so had to find a local doctor. Wish there was some way we could come back so we could see him. You would be a very lucky person if he accepts you as a patient.

Horrible staff at Dr. Zimmer's office. No one answers the phone, not very courteous, and constantly put you on hold and then randomly hang up. Not a great place to be if you're trying to get started as a new patient. Talked with Stephanie, Rosalyn and others but no real support. Very very difficult to get a hold of anyone. They take lunch from 12-2pm too.
