I’m the owner Of D&B express LLC. I just spoke to an absolutely rude man over the phone. I was trying to book a load from Texas to Florida. He told me The weight of the load which was 6500 pounds. With a class a CDL Trailer 40 foot flatbed gooseneck behind a 3500 not registered over 26,000 pounds you’re pretty much at your weight limit. Here’s his exact words you’re trying to put a small truck into the big truck business. Obviously, he doesn’t want this load moved, especially under a dollar a mile. I would not recommend this broker to nobody but what he don’t understand I drove semi 16 years most cities brokers even got A clue what the inside of a semi looks like that’s all they are educated, pencil pushers, computer nerds. This broker will never get my business.

Horrible Semi driver. Weaving in and out of traffic, riding cars butts, and nearly running cars off the highway on I-10 from Pensacola running East. I didn’t get the numbers on his cab but his side door said Jax logistics. But he had a rented trailer WD trailers rental numbers T53117 and 1643. 10:20 AM CST. After reading the reviews I’ve decided leaving a review will be more affective than trying to call the company.

Mr. Vern Craft and JAX Logistics LLC are very unprofessional, dishonest and borderline crooked!! ..on a late Friday afternoon I drove 140 miles(+ return) to a pick up location in the middle of nowhere to find out it was an Over-Dimensional Load, and we did not have an agreement for that..following phone calls and emails to clarify the situation were never responded to.. BE AWARE!!!!

Driver picked up a load going 215 miles and it took 18 DAYS to get it to the delivery site. When a call as made to check on the status and why it’s taking so long, was met with cussing and then hanging up on me. Super unprofessional and obviously don’t care to burn bridges. My company (Fortune 500) will never use Jax Logistics LLC again

Very unprofessional. Just got off the phone w/ a Vern Craft. Before I could ever give him the MC # for the driver he insulted us by saying we are "wanna be truck drivers". Got loud and hung up. We will not work with people who are this unprofessional.
