This car lot was Great .they let you look around without being pushy. Can the salesman made the process of buying a truck quick and easy. I usually Hate going to a car lot. Here Cam came out was straight up and got us a Great little Ford truck. He went to bat for us and got the price knocked down from 8,900 to 6,500 they even worked out the down payment with me . Don’t buy a car here! They sell “JUNK” broken cars, and then tell you to pay to fix it! When I test drove the car I told them about the noise in back end, they looked at it and said it needed brakes. No big deal, we would take care of that, so we changed them…Only to find out the car needs the whole back end replaced due a bent axle! Had it back to them in weeks up on a lift and was told it would be 1200+ to get it fixed. They are dishonest and sell broken car then tell you to pay for it! How you (NOT) take care of a problem that was already there?!? Warranty!?!? What warranty? Integrity? What integrity??Stay away……… Run

I'm an Uber driver. I got myself into a bind because my vehicle had high mileage, I still had 2 years' worth of payments, and Uber had phased my vehicle out. Everywhere I went, the answer was sorry we couldn't help you. I searched for buy here/pay here places, and Klett Auto popped up. I was so very impressed with their reviews. They seemed like they were a place that really cared. Well, that is correct. They really do care. It was a bit of a hurdle, but Cameron and the owner made it happen. I was used to driving UberXL vehicles. But with gas prices as high as they've been its been cutting into the profit margin. The owner suggested a 2013 Toyota Prius Hybrid. I put $20-$30 to fill up the tank - which is half to one-third the usual gas cost for me, and I'm good to go with about 100 miles still in the tank after working 12 hours. And, I'm still making the same money ubering. I couldn't believe it. There were a couple of minor things that needed fixing. I called and spoke to Cameron, and he got me in the same day. It was so easy peasy. I couldn't believe it. They fixed the items at issue and wanted to make sure I was safe and satisfied. That was so nice. The whole time, the experience was wonderful. I know I was in the worst position possible. The owner said he wanted to make sure I could keep working. These people have been a true blessing. In a time when I thought there was no hope, they not only gave me hope, but they treated me with respect and kindness. I'm so very thankful for Cameron, Kara, and the owner. I think his name is Jason, but I forgot it. And the bonus - this car will be paid off by the end of the year, and I still have my original vehicle. They helped me come up with a reasonable game plan where both will be paid off within one year, and I'll be in a much better position. Klett Automotive is awesome! Kameron was very polite and professional. He helped my husband and I get the price down on the vehicle we wanted. Everything flowed nicely. It was an all around great experience. We would definitely recommend this place.

Place is amazing, only place I've ever been where used cr lot gives great warranty, and the owner would rather see you on the road and making money than leaving you broke down and not able to get to work, if you're someone that will pay your bills, this place looks out for you in return. I've now purchased 2 vehicles from Klett and 5 stars to both, never had any major problems , little ones I did have were taken care of and for good price. Also they are full service shop, so hello cheap oil change 😀
