Nice people but a bit tight place for semi truck with 53ft trailer.

A trucking partner has been contacted by G & C Logistics to deliver my Christmas-related shipment, and the former has committed to have it delivered on Oct. 28, 2016, Friday. With this expectation, I have made commitments to my retail customers that I can deliver their Christmas decor orders during that weekend in time for the Christmas sale next week, just after the Halloween. But last hours of the day, 3:00 PM, the trucker called me that they will re-schedule the delivery on Monday, and that no deliveries are done during weekends. Reason was very unclear. I was panicky, so right away I made a phone call to Shadab Mirza of G&C Logistics to discuss my concerns. He was also surprised as he was not informed beforehand about this cancellation by the trucking partner they have contracted. Both of us are trying to make the most of the remaining hours. In the end, he offered a solution which I was very happy about. He was able to arranged a delivery on Saturday, at 9:00 AM. I was very grateful that Shadab went the extra mile making the delivery happened. I was also able to fill my customers' orders on time. As usual, it's the domino effect (: Since I started my business, two years ago, I have been using G & C Logistic's service to clear my import shipment. G&C's General Manager Stefan Gabrsek was also very friendly, I still remembered our first meeting- he gave me advises on the ups/downs of starting a business, he was very helpful. Five star for G&C Logistics!
