AVOID AT ALL COST! Horrible. I was keen on hiring someone within Kitsap County to support local businesses. They were the worst choice ever. I had a fully packed and inventoried 1 bed and bathroom apartment. My goal was for the movers not to have to do anything but move the boxes and furniture. No appliances were included in this move! It took them almost 8 ½ hours. They were out of breath within the first 20 minutes, took 1 hour to inventory everything despite me having everything organized, counted and in there respected rooms. In addition to that, the drive from old location to the new one was only 8 minutes. They would take 45 minutes to move small items. I have attached pictures of my furniture in the same spot for an hour and half. An hour and half into the move, one of the guys took a hard fall and the owner had to come assist with the move. The owner barely could walk!!! So now there’s only one guy trying to move, load and organize the truck because the owner is only putting boxes by the door for the uninjured mover to move. The owner was calling around to see if someone wanted to help. Everyone said no. So he called his brother who was really sweet, but had special needs. He would only moved when the owner physically showed him what to do. There was no contingency plan for injury. Even without one of the movers getting injured, it still would have been terrible because they were out of breathe and looked famished within 20 minutes. I was so over it, I told them don’t worry about moving anything else they can just take whatever was on the truck. The unloading process was even worse. I ended moving majority of the items myself. The move took 8 ½ hours, was $900, and I still had to move everything into my new home myself. I felt like I was apart of the moving company. Avoid, Avoid Avoid. This is very much a moving company that is winging it. Be advised, if you hire this moving company that your movers will be famished right when they start, your job will get canceled or you will pay top dolor for piss poor service and still have to move boxes yourself.

Professional, nice guys... nothing damaged... none of the stuff they moved was damaged nor either of the homes floors, walls, etc. The owner is very responsive to any concerns. Just reach out early, and be kind, if you feel like the pace is going to go too far over the estimate. I've read many reviews for other movers in the area, and it seems to be common that the final price exceeds the estimate. Klm stayed within the estimate range.

Worst movers I've ever experienced. Charged double what they quoted and broke my stuff. They took forever to do a two bedroom move and didn't have any moving equipment that would've made things go faster. Definitely wouldn't recommend this moving company to anyone.

KLM movers came in clutch last minute! I knew having such short notice would be a tall order to fill, however, the owner found two movers to help on a Sunday and even helped me secure a Uhaul after Uhaul made a mistake with booking and then gave my uhaul reservation away. This moving company truly made an awful moving situation into a positive one. I highly recommend KLM Movers LLC

Needed movers quick after my first set of movers I scheduled a week ahead of time didn’t show up at all without any notice of any kind. However, called KLM, they were able to see me first thing in the morning, 2 guys helped, moved fast, and were very respectful. If you need reliability, call these guys!
