Hired KnightSpeed Moving to complete the job of moving some heavy furniture items from storage to a 2 bedroom apartment. The quoted price was reasonable, and the movers were friendly, respectful, and completed the job efficiently, with time to spare. Would highly recommend KnightSpeed Moving for a future move !

Originally hired a different moving company. On moving day, which was a Saturday, they said they were on the way but never showed up and stopped answering my calls! Arly Sunday morning, I called KnightSpeed Moving but had to leave a voice mail. Not even 30 minutes later, AJ returned my call. At this point, I'm almost in tears, not knowing what to do! I explained what happened with the other company and needed help it was an emergency... I had a day to move out! AJ was so kind, sympathetic, and wanted to help. He asked if he could call me back to see if he had a crew for that day, which he did, and he completely saved the day! AJ, you guys rock! I would highly recommend KnightSpeed if you need a reliable, very well priced moving company in the Orlando area.

They didn’t use movers blankets and all my furniture came out damaged. Unclear pricing model; final cost came out 30% higher despite everything being identical to the agreed upon time and items.

I made an appointment for a full service move. My appointment was for a Saturday afternoon, 4pm. Got a call around noon asking if I was available for an earlier move. I wasn’t so, they said- we’ll see you at 4. Nobody showed up at 4. I called the office, called back the person who called me earlier- no response. Finally got a call close to 5pm from Gonzalo who stated that they are running late… and it was also raining, now an even longer delay. During the move, a lot of my items got dirty. Most of my furniture- couch, bed frame are beige and all of them got dirty. I thought that by hiring a full service move, everything will be moved but I was mistaken. They asked me for each item- does this have to go too? I had to also fill up my personal car with items and make extra trips. Once at the new place, one of the walls got scratched. I am appreciative of them coming on a Saturday evening; also definitely better priced than other companies but as far as efficiency, quite disappointing.

What an easy move! I have moved 12 times in my life and this team was unquestionably the best I have ever used. They were extremely effective and did not waste time. They were great with our belongings and used good sound judgement with special items. There professionalism, initiative, and devotion to the job reflects credit on the team and knight speed moving. Even the neighborhood birds came to watch. (see picture) Thank You
