They kept us informed every step of the way, which made the whole process stress-free.One thing to keep in mind is that, due to the nature of long-distance transport, there can be delays. Our vehicles did arrive a few hours later than initially expected, but this is understandable given the journey they had to make. My experience with Felicia Williams and Knoxville Auto Shipping Group was fantastic. I needed to transport my son's car from Miami to Phoenix, after my son had graduated from The U. Felicia helped me through the entire process, including educating me on the process of pick-up windows, communicating with the driver, and setting up the logistics of the trip. The driver was attentive and worked with my son to get the car picked up. From there, Ms. Williams kept me informed the entire time. The car was delivered in a timely fashion, again the driver was kind and respectful, and Ms. Williams directed the entire process with kindness and professionalism. I absolutely recommend using Felicia Williams and the auto shipping group. Ms. Williams was the consumate professional.

Outstanding service. Met our need and kept us informed throughout the process! Thanks, Felicia! We had a family emergency and had to ship our vehicle cross county at the last minute for a move. Felicia from Auto Shipping Group walked us through everything and was able to meet our short timeline while providing great customer service. Also, the initial estimate was very close to the final cost (an issue we had with other companies/experiences). Lastly, I really liked being able to communicate via text for questions/updates.
