We found Kona Trans to be prompt, professional and friendly. Cherise, Tina, Wendell, Allen, Michael, Russell, Gray… and I know I’m forgetting a couple of names (sorry!), but they worked as a wonderful, cohesive team. They took great care in packing our household goods, they answer questions and promptly return calls. They took a whole lot of stress out of our move. Very dissatisfied with Kona Transit wanting to leave my $3000 business order from Costco for me to pick up from Mamalahoa Hwy versus my property that has a perfect huge turn around area to drop it. Paid delivery should be to your door. I’ve found another company that delivers to my door, so that it does not take two hours to unload and pack items from a major busy highway.
