I purchased a 2019 Toyota Tacoma from Mark, great communication, fair pricing and easy to work with. I was purchasing sight unseen and flying in from out of state, they picked me up from where I was staying to let me test drive the truck and gave me all the time I needed to look the vehicle over at the dealership. Being sight unseen of course there were some things that I couldn't see from the photos but that's how these kind of things go. I would recommend looking at the vehicle in person so you can be sure you know what the true condition of the vehicle is. Even though the truck had more dents and scratches in it than I thought it would, I went through with the purchase because it was a great price. The truck runs and drives great and made the 3000 mile trip home no problem. When looking at other vehicles on their lot it looked like the repairs done to the previously salvaged cars and trucks was professionally done and you couldn't tell they had been in an accident. My truck was a consignment vehicle so it was not repaired as nicely as the vehicles the dealership repairs and sells as their own. One issue in the purchasing of the truck was that it was advertised to have Apple Carplay, unfortunately after the first day of ownership and trying to get it to work it was discovered that the truck did not have this feature as advertised. I spoke with Mark and Rod about this issue and after some negotiating they offered a fair solution so I could get this feature added. I would purchase from Konkin again, overall it was a good experience and I'm still liking the truck 3 months later.

I wanted to comment on the great customer service I received from Mark at Konkin Auto Group. Even though I didn't buy a car from them yet I still have had a great experience from this company. I test drove a couple cars and didn't find the one for me during my visits, but I will likely be buying my car from them in the near future. Im still in the process of buying a car and will continue to shop with them for a car that I want. They have gone above and beyond to help me so far and for that reason I will continue to shop with them. All the staff I met and talked with are very helpful and there was absolutely no pressure to buy. Most if not all the cars are rebuilt making the prices very attractive for folks on a budget, but want something nicer than an old used car. They guarantee their work and offer extended warranties on their vehicles. Great company, good selection with great prices!

Can't say enough about how great these guys have been for me. Bought a car from them that lasted 12 days before it got totaled. I was so happy with their service previously that I came back to them and Tim helped me find my next new family vehicle, of which I'm glad to say has lasted more than 12 days. And the next car I bought had a screw in it and they were ready to give me a hand on fixing it if I couldn't get help elsewhere. Just great communication and great service. I didn't feel like I was being swindled and didn't leave with buyer's remorse either time.

Tim and the team at Konkin Auto Group have to be hands down the best used car dealership I've ever been to. I bought my 2020 Nissan Frontier Pro-4X in late June, and their customer service and professionalism has been top notch. They let me take it for multiple test drives, and even take it for an entire day so I could have a pre purchase inspection done at the local Nissan dealership. Post purchase, I had overheating issues for the first month of ownership but every time they had me bring it in (and once even came and picked the truck up for me) and took care of me until we figured out what was going on. A huge shout-out to Alex for being amazing at communication and turnaround on that front. Mind you, I opted to NOT purchase their warranty, which in hindsight I probably would have knowing that they're honest, hardworking people that won't scam you over a bogus warranty. In the end, I didn't pay a dime. I love the truck to death and will definitely be shopping with them for future car purchases. Thanks again team, and sorry for the delay in a review! You can go to these guys with utmost certainty that they'll take care of you.

Out of state buyer happy with truck purchase! I worked mostly with Dennis, over the phone to help me understand all the logistics when buying an out of state vehicle. He was patient with me since I had a lot of questions. I spent 2.5 hrs at the dealership before buying. They were patient and informative. I feel like I got a great value; a beautiful truck for a good price, considering the current economy and high demand for Tacoma’s. I purchased a premier warranty for my truck at a fair price. Most of their cars are rebuilt/salvage titles, which can be a nerve wracking purchase but they are very transparent about their practices. They have a great selection of vehicles on their lot too, mostly trucks. Highly recommend!! Thank you KonKin Auto :^)
