Checked in got a door assigned I knew this place was going to be tight according to google maps. And the review photos. But it’s especially tight when your in a condo and they have cars parked in front of the doors. However one guy from kool pac in a day cab let me drop my trailer and get the trailer straight. No problem with the people but the docks I most likely won’t be returning

Terrible. No room for parking. All available space taken by driped trailers. Very slow unloading, mote then 5 hours. I had missed my next load .

WOW. WHAT CAN I SAY ABOUT THIS COMPANY 🤔 😏 HAS ME GOING THRU THE PROCESS OF GETTING HIRE FOR ALMOST 3 WEEKS DID THE DRUG TEST, DRIVING TEST AND INTERVIEW. WAITING FOR A RESPONSE UNTIL A WEEK AND A HALF LATER TO SEE WHAT WAS GOING ON. JUST RECIEVED A TEXT SAYING THANK YOU FOR APPLYING AT KOOL PAK AND AFTER REVIEWING MY APPLICATION(???) THEY DECIDED FOR ANOTHER CANDIDATE. ALL YHIS WAS TIME INVESTED TO DO WHAT THEY ASKED AND AT THE END NO JOB. ANYONE APPLYING HERE SHOULD ASK TO SEE IF YOU ARE THE CANDIDATE FOR YHIS JOB TO BE QUALITY FIRST BEFORE ANY OTHER THING THAT IT WOULD BE JUST TIME TAKEN FROM YOU GAS AND MONEY!!! JUST A HEADS UP TO NEW APPLICANTS.

Very tight doors, especially if you have a condo. Rude employees pulled in the parking spaces needed to dock while I was in the process of backing.The employee asked if i needed him to move, i confirmed that i did need him to move. He then walks inside, leaving his car right in my path. Never will I return to this shipper. BLACKLISTED 🫡🫡
