Delivery was scheduled with a 4 hour window. 1.5 hours after that window had passed they called to tell us it wouldn’t get delivered that day and that the next day we would receive a call to reschedule the delivery. When the delivery was rescheduled, the soonest they could do it was 5 days later! When the delivery finally arrived, it was so badly damaged and unusable. To top it all off, this delivery was meant to exchange the previously delivered item that arrived damaged. This replacement came in even worse condition! It took them 12 days to finally deliver an item from Airdrie to Okotoks and they couldn’t even manage that without damaging the product.

Showed up before their time window and two hours before the automated call indicated, so I wasn't ready for the haulaway service. I am now on the hook for figuring out a truck rental and eco station fee.

Why does Home Depot use these guys!? They work on their own time and cannot deliver except Tuesdays and Friday during the day. Not to mention, they broke the last two items they delivered. Garbage company and garbage services

We had 3 solid wood dressers delivered by Kore Logistics yesterday. (one was a 9 drawer) We received a phone call 30 minutes prior to their arrival on the promised day of delivery. We live in a three story townhouse with ridiculously narrow stairwells. They needed to go to the top floor bedroom! It was a seemingly impossible task but Omar and David made it happen! Patience and perseverance like I've never seen! They were so very careful with our floors and walls. We were extremely pleased with their high level of service and professionalism. Thanks again guys!!!

We had ordered a new kitchen table from COSTCO On-Line Warehouse and Kore Logistics were the ones to deliver the “white glove” service COSTCO promised. The two fellows who delivered our table (David and Omar) were very polite and professional; they assembled the table efficiently, taking care to place a large “working mat” to protect the floor and the table during assembly. As for the delivery window, we received a phone call 30 minutes prior to their arrival on the promised day of delivery. For us, the service provided (through the delivery fellows) was exceptional.
