These guys are such crooks, booked a load with them Dec 2nd to delivery Dec 3rd which we did, date and signature are on the BOL received Dec 3rd. I call in to book a load they posted literally a week after we delivered this load and they tell me " Cant use you!" and hangs up. I call back asking what is the reason and as a broker you need to learn to be professional, he says "you delivered the last load a whole day late Dec 4 we have notes and might make it a freight guard". I tell him I have the BOL in my hand as well as Lio, who I booked this load with BOL is clean and delivery date Dec 3rd so make sure you take off your "note/freight guard" off me he says "No I do not have to thats not my job". These people are making carriers look bad after we also do them a favor of taking their loads, customers need to do some digging when it comes to working with these brokers, be aware.
