Kustom Auto in Quispam. Gotta trust this place. What a nice switch up to Amazing service. So refreshing from lately. Jason , is our guy there. He tells us, with certainty what we can have or not. We love the experience and confidence of this guy. On delivery of the product, we are given Jeff/ installer, who is very patient talking to dummies. He tried his best to introduce us to our new car interactive system . We love these people... Thank you!

Jason, the owner, goes above and beyond for customer service! I was given a car starter for Christmas and happily dropped it off in early January to get installed. While I was there dropping it off, I got some quotes for window tint as it was something I was looking to get done in the Spring. There ended up being a faulty part on the starter, so we had to wait a day or two for the new part. Then of course on the day it was scheduled to arrive, a snowstorm hit. These things happening are obviously out of their control and I understood. My vehicle ended up being ready the following day, but I was already at work and unable to pick it up until the next day. Jason called me back a few minutes later to get permission to install the window tint, on them. I told him this was unnecessary, but he insisted since I was so understanding of the delay which most customers aren't. This is a prime example that kindness goes a long way in this world! If you're looking for a place to take your vehicle - look no further!

Had Kustom install car starter with two way key fob, backrack, Kenmore deck with back up camera for my truck. Dana has wonderful customer service skills answered all my questions help me as best as she could. She even drove me to work where the cab never showed up. A+ will recommend to anyone to go see Dana she rocks! And thank you to the install tech he took the time to show me how everything worked. Great service!

The owner Jason is a great guy very kind went there a few months back to have a stereo an back up camera went back yesterday to have another stereo installed in my mustang an he went out of his way to offer me parts for my car he had at his house from his old mustang. Great service great people I'd recommend this company to anyone who is looking for great service an friendly staff. Thanks Jason an kustom auto staff did an awesome job on both of my vicheals
