So, much better than it was. Five minutes was just too quick; the new five hour wait really let's you get to know the other aggravated residents. Be sure to schedule an appointment so they can cancel without notice. Don't forget to bring multiple forms of ID, driver license excluded if expired. You'll also need proof of residency, note from mom, and a stool sample.

unable to contact and when you do its always we call you back. Im DOT driver and if you have a issue they dont answer over 2 days of trying to contact them and finally having to drive to frankfort to take care of a issue.. They need all kinds of help. In over 30 years never had this much of a issue with them. All over a medical card renewal

My wife and I were doing a walk-in license change and a renewal, we used a debit and we were both taken care of in about 20 minutes. Make sure you have all the right documents with you and pay with a card, the cash line only has two windows, the debit/credit has 5 so it's much faster. Also all the workers we encountered were polite, friendly, and very helpful.

As a person moving from out of state the regional office idea is THE DUMBEST IDEA...I HAVE ENCOUNTERED FROM ANY STATE I HAVE LIVED... Over an hour wait to change my driver's license and no test involved is horrible the voters and mad scientist who's brain child this is needs to be institutionalized

Went to get a real ID in February cause my drivers license expires in December. Evidently you can't get it until your license is 6 months or less of expiration.
