This company right here deserves a 10 star Google rating not just five. We just hired them this week to do a commercial move of some extremely heavy items and the entire crew that showed up was strong resilient and very easy to work with very great people. Clear communication extremely organized very well packed and also can't forget that any items that were more delicate were wrapped properly with moving blankets. Kyle himself is exceptionally amazing to deal with and I would highly recommend this company to absolutely anybody that asks for a move whether it be commercial or residential. I hope that this review helps anybody that's on the fence about what company to use.

We came to Kyles Transport to pick up our cabinets that we ordered from Ikea. We had to arrange to bring in a trailer to load this large order on. It was my husband's only day off in several weeks and we live in a small community over an hour outside of the city. We checked the business hours for this company online and as they respond to the Google reviews, one can only assume that the hours listed are correct. The hours are posted as Saturday 12PM to 4PM. We arrived there more than 1/2 hour before 4 PM but we were told by the young man that worked there that we could not pick up our Ikea order even though he had the overhead door open and was standing right beside our order. He said that Ikea orders could only be picked up before 12PM even though the hours listed state it does not open until 12PM. I called Ikea and they were appalled that we were not being allowed to pick up our order. Ikea attempted to call administration for Kyle's Transport but were unsucessful in resolving this before 4 PM at which time the door was rolled down and we had to leave back out to our place without our cabinets. We were also treated very rudely by the young man that was there, telling me that I lied to Ikea, which I definitely did not. Not sure how we will ever get our cabinets which are to be installed shortly. Very disappointed and appalled how we were treated. Picking up a large Ikea order worth over 12,000 should not be this stressful!

Fantastic service, great lads Nate, Gary and Lloyd, just kept slogging on and pushing through. Very helpful and courteous, hardworking and pleasant to get along with. First time I’ve used Kyle’s ( owner also a nice lad ), our family has used their services on many occasions and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company to anyone for a stress free move.
