This moving company has been great to me. They are very patient and organized. And the prices are very affordable. They treat your stuff like it’s thiers, if you move with them you will have one less headache knowing your things are in good hands. I will recommend them to anyone.

Where do I begin. Let's start with this company is far from a real moving company and should not be used for any of your moving purposes. From personal experience, the staff and management of are a complete joke. From pick up to drop off. Upon arrival to pick up my belongings they quoted me one price and I agreed on that. When they were finished packing my belongings into a rented enterprise truck, They said that they have went over the contracted cubic feet and would have to be responsible for any overage that would be. After we just paid 2700 to load the truck. When I disagreed to pay the now extra 600 dollars they wanted. The movers then asked for a 200 dollar tip. To be split up between the two movers. (Un-professional) as if it was expected of me to give you a Tip after I just shelled out 2700 then you wanted an extra 600 because of their miss calculation. And now you have the nerve to ask me for $200 in tip. Now on to communication with the company. Communication with this company is absolutely atrocious and should not be called communication. The numbers that they gave me were false numbers I was told I would speak to one person I spoke to many people who were unable to deliver a clear and persise answer for any question that I needed answered. When I asked to speak to a manager The gentleman said sure hold on as I proceeded to wait on pause he came back onto the phone posing as a manager. When I asked him his name he said his name was Jack then towards the end of our conversation I asked can I have your name again he said his name was Jesse. Now onto moving experience from date that it was picked up to date that it was dropped off it was Behind when they said they would have it dropped off then they said it would be be between the hours of 8 AM and 12 PM the driver did not show up until 3:30 PM making me miss my morning hours at work for no reason. I could go on and on about the unprofessionalism communication accuracy of estimate customer satisfaction and much much more but from what I have just wrote you should understand that is a complete joke and disgrace to the moving industry I would never recommend this company to anyone And lastly I hope you as the reader can understand and believe that this is 100% factual and no fabrication

Horrible. They came late they delivered very late and what I thought was a good deal cost me 4 times more after they loaded up the truck. They were supposed to deliver by Dec 29th the latest. Stuff was not delivered until Jan 1st. Do not use this company.
