The four guys from L'Goff Moving Services restored our faith in humanity--they were kind, professional, generous, extraordinarily competent, and *very* fair in their pricing. All this after a horrible, traumatizing loading experience on the front end of our cross-country move (with "movers" who charged us 25% more than L'Goff, arrived stoned, took frequent "smoke" breaks over the 10.5 hours they took to load us, stole our stuff, broke other stuff, damaged our house, etc.). L'Goff guys treated our belongings with respect and care. I can recommend them without hesitation, and would ALWAYS call them first for any moving-related services. These guys are first-rate and amazing!!

I called a week ago for a moving estimate. I gave them all the requested information along with my phone number and email address. No one contacted me with a moving estimate. I have hired another moving company that was helpful and responsive. L'Goff moving was neither of these as they couldn't be bothered to contact me. **Update: To the owner's reply: These are my initials. Of course you don't have that in your system. Insinuating that I don't know what company I called is ridiculous and speaks to your customer service. I have nothing else to add. Your reply shows enough.

CJ, Josh, and Antwon were great movers! Thank y'all so much for your hard work and making sure all of my items were delivered so professionally. I strongly recommend this moving company! Everyone (including people I spoke with over the phone) was so nice, and I am glad I went with L'Goff

Damaged my floors, did not do what we hired them to do. We called specifically asking if they would move our things from a pod into the house and put the furniture back together (movers who loaded the pod disassembled for packing purposes). We were told yes they will do that, so we hired them. I wish we didn’t. They dropped a large piece of furniture. Hit door frames. Tilted furniture to kick plastic out from under with the TV on top of it, I was nervous it would crash to the ground. I now have several scrapes in my floor. They didn’t come with any tools and said they don’t assemble. When we called the owner Kyle about these issues he couldn’t be bothered to call us back. Josh later called us and said per Kyle we can get a $20 credit (LOL) and that their contract states they don’t assemble and the person we spoke to is at a call center so they were wrong and can’t be held accountable for what call center says. We asked to review the contract and it does not say that. We paid our bill just to be done with them but will not use again and definitely would not recommend. Too careless. Update: Kyle called after this review was posted, which was after they took our credit card info for payment. He called at 4pm before the weekend, left a voicemail that he hasn’t charged us yet because he wants to work out a fair price. We were charged the full amount the next day before we had a chance to call back. When we called, he said his guys told him that a couch caused the floor damage and implied it was our fault because we asked them to remove plastic wrapping. I don’t have a couch. They dropped a media unit and left the moving material on and under it that would’ve been impossible for me to remove. He offered to bring his guys back to look and possibly try to fix themselves, but the damage is significant so I’d like to look into the appropriate fix.
