This place deserves 0 starts. They don't let you know their fees until they take your car hostage. They never have anyone in office to help. They take forever. The employees are unhelpful and rude. I have never been so frustrated with a towing company. Do yourself a favor and get better help because all you’ll get from this towing company is a severe headache. Larry is inconsiderate and rude.

My experience with L&M Towing was extremely disappointing and frustrating. They illegally towed my vehicle from my apartment complex without the landlord's approval, which is completely unacceptable. Upon discovering my car missing, I contacted them only to find out they had overcharged me to retrieve it from their impound lot. This kind of unethical behavior is unacceptable and reflects poorly on their business practices. I strongly advise others to avoid L&M Towing to prevent falling victim to their unjust and exploitative tactics.

Certified Con Artists who prey and tow unethically and under false pretenses of what the parking signs actually state. Additionally, their outrageous felonious fees ride a fine line in accordance with state statues and regulations.

This company came and towed a disabled persons vehicle minutes ago after telling another resident I can drop it but it’s $150. The truck wasn’t even lifted or strapped down. I’ve never seen 2 people move so fast. The owner is disabled- not like they were going to run after you. You should really be ashamed of yourself… towing a disabled person’s vehicle. You take scumbag to a how lower level.
