I had a vehicle shipped from Sacramento, CA to Colorado Springs, CO. Absolutely the worst. I contracted shipping through Nexus who in turn subcontracted LVIV Express at the last minute. Overall their communication was horrible. They were 1 day late picking the vehicle up forcing me to extend hotel reservations and miss an airline flight home. I was bounced around between multiple people who would only text, never answer the phone. The email I was given to contact them was invalid. Their voicemail mailboxes were either not set up to accept messages or full. The driver who picked up the vehicle could barely load it on the trailer and was smoking the clutch. Once loaded I was told 5 days to deliver. It took 12. When someone would answer a text, it was vague and useless. No flow of information on status or location of car. On delivery day, I took a day off without pay to be at the house. They delayed the delivery time twice and when I finally called Nexus to complain, they called LVIV and someone finally called me. They said the driver had broken down and was still a state away! They delivered the next morning and the driver didn't want my wife to drive the car after he unloaded it because it is a manual transmission and he assumed a woman couldn't drive a stick. YGBSM. All the positive google reviews are most likely employees as some have the same last name, they are all Ukrainian sounding names and it is a Ukrainian family run business. I caution anyone wishing to ship a vehicle to place a GPS tracker on your car. It's the only way you will know where it is while they have it. Wish I had done that. Good luck. At least they didn't crash their truck.

Transported daughters car from Denver, CO to Santa Clara, CA the car arrived on time with no issues. Pricing was reasonable and great communication with agent and drivers from pick up to delivery.
