I booked a shipment from Ct To Puerto Rico with John on the Flor De Mayo Express. The truck that cane to pick up was from the company, but some thing caught my eye on the truck. On the doors it had hand made signs which said PRYCO Movers. I have been calling both companies and no one seems to know were by belongings are at. Not mentioned that all I send down is worth 35,000.00 dollars. And they ate so unprofessional and rude when you call asking for information. Next step for me is my lawyer to go after them.

I have never used this company since I live in Georgia but I was just watching NYPD Blue on HULU, and during the episode I paused it on this screen shot (picture attached) and I find it interesting sometimes to look stuff up like a phone number, address, or something in the background of whatever I'm watching. It is 28 years later and this company is still in business. They must be doing something right..

Please do not use this company they don't care about you or bother to reach out to tell you that the shipment has been delayed. When you call for an update all they tell you is that it is on a container, and you must wait. The contract that my parents signed was for delivery within 45-65 days. The shipment was picked up on June 21st of this year and it still has not arrived at my parents’ house in Puerto Rico. We are well beyond the agreed upon time for deliver per the contract. The customer service is the worst I have ever seen they bounce you around to different areas and nobody seems to know when the shipment will arrive. So do yourself a favor and do not use this company to ship anything. I will post again within a week if they still haven’t received the shipment.

Used La Flor in May 2018 to ship boxes and furniture from Queens to Puerto Rico and everything arrived intact and in good shape. It took 6 weeks and within the 4-8weeks timeline provided. Guys packed very well and did a nice job unloading in PR. They took care of all customs paperwork.Very smooth and appreciative. Was skeptical at first due to other reviews and did an excellent job with out move. Thank you La Flor team!

I would give 0 stars but google would not let me. The people that represent this company are extremely rude, misinformed about their own policies and do not seem to care very much about their customers. The person I spoke to on the phone after having 3 previous conversations with another representative about details for a move, blatantly gave me an attitude when I relied the information that another employee had given me earlier in the week. She was very snotty to me, especially because I had told her that I used my own boxes, she said I had to buy their boxes in order to pack my things and have them ship it or they would charge me 5 dollars extra per box. She said it would take two weeks just to come up to where I live which is 1.5 hrs away from their location in Miami to have a survey of my things, then another 2 weeks to pick my things up, then 3-4 weeks to deliver to Puerto Rico. I explained that this is not what the last person had said to me, she didn't care. I just don't think that it is reasonable to have to wait 6 weeks to 2 months for my belongings to get to Puerto rico from florida. I went with Crown Relocations, excellent company, prompt, polite and very nice.
