Never Use Rosa del Monte Again!!! I shipped 15 boxes with this company from Orlando, Florida to Puerto Rico. I was told that they would arrive within 4-6 weeks. It has been 2 months and still no boxes. And to make things worst, I've called the company more than 5 times, I've sent numerous emails and my all requests have been ignored. They gave me a number in Puerto Rico and I have called and left over 5 messages and no one has responded. I'm still waiting and have no idea what's happening. What a lack of professionalism and consideration. Never again will I use this company and I will make sure to share my experience in as many social media sites as I can. They don't deserve my business or anybody else's business!!! They don't even deserve one star!!! I wish I would have read all the reviews here before using them.

I have use La Rosa Del Monte twice. Moving to Puerto Rico in 2016 and moving back from Puerto Rico in 2018. The service provided was very good going to Puerto Rico as everything arrived and all items made it safely. Moving from Puerto Rico back to Florida it went mostly well with exception of some broken frames, a broken dining table, a few broken cups. I dealt with the company but I was unsuccessful in getting any type of payment from them. I also shipped two vehicles from the states to Puerto Rico. Both Lexus made it within three weeks and no damage. Going from Puerto Rico to Florida one of my cars had a bend bar in the rear differential where the vehicle was chained under. No money or responsibility by the Rosa del Monte. It cost me near a $1,000 to fix. Even though that we have some issues I still believe that they priced very reasonably for household goods and vehicles. Because it was that bad I give them four stars. When I was in the military in every move something was broken or stolen. The staff of La Rosa del Monte in Orlando and Puerto Rico were always very friendly and helpful.

No complaints in the pickup process. The guys were really gentlemen, attentive, careful and puntual. Awaiting the delivery process, hopefully be the same service.

Very unprofessional, they dirty my floor and never offered to clean it. Their customer service is terrible, they are rude and again very unprofessional. They took forever to make my delivery and when I would call they would be angry and rude.
