Very confusing finding your way around, elevator wasn’t working so walking up 3 flights to move stuff into my unit is crazy. Not to mention the lack of security AND lighting. Lightbulbs in the storage but no way to turn it on, and somebody physically has to move in the hallway just to activate the hall light which only stays on for a couple of minutes or so it seems until it shuts off again so it’s a hassle, especially if you’re by yourself because you’re gonna have to keep stepping into the hallway to activate a light for just a couple minutes not to mention you don’t feel very safe in there because it’s very secluded,confusing to navigate, and if you’re by yourself, you really need to be aware of your surroundings because it’s very big and secluded. Definitely gave me “the shining vibes”. On a positive note the storage is clean and well maintained appearance wise.

The experience at Public Storage is the absolute kind of experience everybody should have. I've had some difficulties Julia made everything a lot easier she was kind at every turn and treated us with so much respect I would recommend this place to anyone it's the best

AMAZING TEAM and Service! The rates are fair for the market. The facility is clean. I would like to mention just how amazing the manager Julia Stewart is. As many people know moving and storage can be stressful. When I put many of my things in storage, I had accidently left a blue gym bag out in front. I didnt event realize it was missing (yet). When I came back in a couple months, Julie walks out and says "I have been waiting for you to get this back to you." Seriously that's amazing. So thoughtful and kind. Thank you Julia! Also I have to mention Julia's team as everyone there is quite friendly and very responsive.
