My fourth move with the Navy and BY FAR THE BEST. Whatever they’re paying Brian, it’s not enough. Not only did they pack up my entire house in one day and load the next, but he delivered my goods from Pensacola to Virginia Beach 7 days later. It was scheduled to be delivered on the 12th but Brian had the wherewithal to ask when we’d be in our new house and coordinated an early delivery just because. If it were up to me, I’d never choose a different mover again. Packers, loaders, drivers, unloaders…if the other employees at Lambert’s provide even 1/10 the service this crew did they’re worth it.

The movers who came out were fantastic and the best in the game: Sharon, Kwon, Chris, Dorothy, and Allie (I apologize for any misspellings). This was my first move and they made it a breeze. They handled every item with such care and precision. I couldn’t have asked for a more amazing team. They were true joy to work with and so kind! And everything arrived to my new location, states away, in pristine condition as perfectly as they packaged them. Thank you so much again. I wish you all the best! I recommend everyone go with this team. They got it!!!

A few weeks ago my home and property sold, after being on the market for almost 3 years, it was a 30 day quick sale, I was out of state, AND During the middle of global pandemic and nationwide state shut downs! I called the national moving company my mother had always used, And they came out to do an estimate, then a few days later told me, “ The logistics are too difficult“ to do the move for me. Long driveway, required a shuttle truck, etc., so I had already called another moving company that gave me an estimate but they did not come out and look in person. I wasn’t satisfied with their lack of interest to have the job and customer service didn’t seem to exist, so in tears, with a looming closing date for my property sale, I started searching for another moving company, when I came across American Van lines local carrier website, Lambert transfer and storage in Pensacola Florida. In looking through their website my tears of frustration and desperation turned to tears of relief and joy! They actually have a page on logistics and how they have a professional team with a coordinator all set up to handle moves as smoothly and seamlessly as possible! So I called and was quickly transferred to Sarah, the very capable and wonderful coordinator of my move, and over the next few weeks, Even with a snag and having to change my pick up date, this company handled everything professionally, efficiently and timely! And the final cost came in under the estimate!! 😃 I cannot recommend them enough! Thank you thank you thank you!!! To Sarah, Stephen, and everyone at Lambert transfer, And especially to the wonderful driver and his helper who delivered my items and family heirlooms, and carried them in carefully, putting them where I needed them to go, taking their time and making me feel like I was the most important customer, and I was that day!! So if you need to move, especially your household across the country, call these people , Definitely in the Pensacola Florida area!

Very very good work. They wrapped everything before it ever left my house. Then I was comforted to see that the same wrapping was still in my things even after I had things stored for 45 days. Not one item broken. Price was very competitive even though they represent a major company. Staff made the experience delightful. We actually had fun moving.
