Top pick driver has extremely bad vibes. Rude office staff treats you like a nuisance for doing your job and asking questions (pro tip this is what smarter people than you do to effectively accomplish their goals, they communicate). Root issue is bad communication, talk to people and communicate. I don’t care if you do the same thing 50 times a day you need to treat people with respect and you can use your words. I don’t care if you hate your job and your life it’s not my problem.

This was my first visit at this place. People including the front desk girl and managers were rude. The girl told me to read out the VIN numbers of four chassis which are 17 digits long each. I requested her it will be better if she can read from my papers and enter it in the system which will make our lives easier but she wasn't ready to listen. Then her managers also started backing her that rules are rules. To heck with such a weird rule to make their and the customers lives harder. How come people be so rude for simple things. I hope this will be my last trip to this place.

This guys are very rude. Everyone seems to be very unhappy. I got transferred to 4 different department before I even got to ask for a quotation. Everyone sounded very grumpy and rude thus no business.
