I highly recommends anyone thinking of sending any boxes we this company not to do it. I recently sent two boxes to DR, and received them missing lots of food items. Don’t used them.

The worst shipping company that I had ever deal with, they open the boxes here just to see what you are sending and if they see that you have new clothing and shoes even though you are reporting that its mix of old and new things, they wait until the box gets to its destination to tell you that ADUANA is charging double for that box because there is more new stuff than used and not only that they tell a price over the phone and when they go to your house to pick up the box it's a totally different price and its like you have no choice. I do not recommend that company

First time using this shipping company and I will definitely be using their service again in the near future. However, the package was supposed to be delivered to Santiago but instead, my cousin received a call that the package was in Santo Domingo. Both have a district with the same name so they delivered to Santo Domingo even though the receipt had the correct address on it. They told my cousin that they had to look to see when the next delivery was in Santiago but that it would be a few days. They are fortunate enough to have a car so they drove to the Capital and picked up the package but not everyone has the same luxury or money to travel about 2.5 hours to pick up a package so this is why they received a 4 star instead of a 5 star. They picked up the package at my home on 10-5-21 and packaged arrived to Santo Domingo on 10-22-21. The cost was better than other shipping companies and yes, they asked me to leave the box open so they could confirm what I told them was in the box was actually in there so I paid exactly what they told me over the phone. Everyone I dealt with at Larimar was very helpful and friendly (both over the phone and the drivers).

It was our first time sending things to my wife's homeland. Larimar Envios was easy to use and they were very helpful. They don't take credit cards though. Bring cash or a check. Luckily, I had cash on me. Will use them again.

Worse service I have ever seen, I send one box and My family received another box. Completely wet box plenty of missing items including a tv projector.. all my can good crushed exc. A disaster and now they refuse to be responsible for anything…. Be ware !!!! They are not responsible for their workers actions at all….
