If I could give this moving company less than 1 star, I would. They were 2 hours late and then proceeded to ride the clock for hours over the minimum time you're required to book them. They charged me over $700 to move a 1 bedroom apartment to a storage unit less than 5 minutes away from the pick-up location. They also broke 2 brand-new bookshelves, a $300 lamp, and a $350 mirror, ripped holes in a brand-new box spring and mattress along with damaging almost everything they touched. All of my belongings, which were CLEARLY LABELED and neatly packed in sturdy boxes, were shoved into my storage unit with absolutely no care or concern at all. The heaviest boxes were on top of "fragile"/"glass" labeled boxes and the contents inside of my boxes were broken to pieces. When I contacted them with the picture evidence of what their "movers" had done to all of my stuff, they treated me dismissively. I continued to pursue my claim with them in the following months. When they finally and begrudgingly relented with a minuscule offer of compensation for my losses, they demanded that I sign an NDA or else I wouldn't receive the money. The offer didn't even cover 1/4 of all of my belongings that they'd damaged. I was in tears when I returned later on to my storage unit finding it in complete disarray. 98% of the things they damaged ultimately couldn't be replaced or even able to be repaired so this was a true and almost a total loss. I was and still am genuinely devastated over this and my experience with this moving company and I would advise/recommend that anyone who is considering using this company to move their possessions to steer clear of them. At the very least, if you do decide to use them, you should watch them like a hawk throughout the entire move or else you could end up like me and have your memories and personal possessions treated like the garbage that gets tossed to the curb on trash day. The photos I'm posting aren't even the worst of this experience. UPDATE/FOLLOW UP SINCE GREAT MOVERS RESPONDED: TO GREAT MOVERS; I posted my review about MY own experience with your business almost a year later to finally express what I personally went through in using your services and also because I believed that if I had posted any sooner that according to your letter that you made me sign so I could receive that tiny check that I'd get into trouble by doing so. Luckily for me and any other consumer wanting to post a review, I discovered on the FTC website that there's a consumer review fairness act that protects the consumer and also warns businesses from practicing the bullying tactics you tried to place on me. I've got proof of my actions and proof of every single one of yours. Therefore, if you'd like to continue in this public setting, I'd be more than happy to explain my whys, my whens and everything else anyone would like to know.

Great Movers were so wonderful to work with! Chris and his team were so helpful and patient with us! Without their help, we would’ve been in a bad place!! They were very careful with our things and very professional. They made moving seamless. Thank you guys!

Thank you Jhoan, Chris, and Marco; will definitely request to work with you guys again next move :) We had a really long trek between apartments and elevators and they worked efficiently and handled everything with care. Super nice guys as well! We hired the Delivery Only service. Amazing movers, very professional. I had to call Customer Service twice prior to the move for my own reasons and they answered quickly and were very helpful. I have hired other movers before but never had a service with such a thorough contract and check-ins throughout the move, which was great. They require photo ID to match the reservation to begin service. They check in every step of the way, having you confirm the step was well done by providing a signature. We signed maybe 5? separate times and received a photo of the security lock/tag when they were about to move the truck. They had me personally check the tag before opening the truck, then also check the truck once it was emptied. All these measures ensured my move was incredibly well done. Nothing was broken or damaged, no items went missing. Will definitely recommend to anyone who needs movers.

Joaquin and his team did an amazing job. Very quick, efficient, polite, and took care of all my items. I appreciate every time my mom try to lift something they immediately stop her and let her know they will handle it just sit and relax. I definitely would recommend this team to any one.

I am a General Contractor. Great Movers has be working with me for about 2 years. Can't say enough about how pleased I am with them. Often we need to move out furniture to do repairs. They have done around 30 moves for me. I haven't had one complaint from a homeowner. Nothing has been damaged. I give Great Movers a 5 🌟 rating plus. Love working with they. The office is great about scheduling and they are always on time.
