I have used Laursen Piano Service for a number of years, and have found them reliable and informed. While I used to have a fine piano, I passed that along to my musician son-in-law and grandson, and a year ago acquired a very serviceable older instrument. Now I am figuring out how to make it sound better and getting good advice from my Laursen tuner about how to improve it without overspending for a good-but-not-great piano.I highly recommend Laursen. Their tuners are a pleasure to work with.

I've been using Laursen Piano Services since I moved to the Twin Cities in 2020. They moved and stored my Yamaha Grand while we were moving and then moved it again to my new home in Minneapolis. They took the utmost care with my instrument and have tuned it ever since. They also installed a humidifier underneath the piano, since my home is very dry. I've been pleased with the tuners, too. They do a thorough, careful job and the two men who have done the tuning both have excellent "ears" and understand pianos well. It is a joy to have a company that is professional, friendly, and skilled on whom I can rely to keep my piano in tip-top condition and my playing hours enjoyable..

arrived at the property on time, were very professional and very polite. You could tell they knew exactly what they were doing. They treated my piano as if it was their own. They were very Nate covering my floors protecting the piano. They were very cautious, removing it from the home and placing it into their truck truck. When it got to its destination, they continued the same great customer professional. I would highly recommend this company. Gina was my contact at the store who did an outstanding job returning my phone calls making sure I had all the information to move forward with moving the piano. She is a To the company.
