Though the mistakes were clearly mistake by the company. I got hung up on twice when speaking with Chris (Operations MANAGER, mind you.), the person that we called 7 days earlier to update the address. It took him 20 minutes to even admit that he made a mistake at all and only offered a $50 credit for this massive inconvenience. (Cost of service around $1,400. Really!?! $50!?) Leaders offers NO empathy for the customer experience. You are a number, not a human to this company. All you will hear is "I don't know what you want me to do." over and over again. They will get frustrated and hang up. This is the worst moving experience that I have ever had. The office did not update the the address for our storage facility. The movers were 50 minutes late and broke 2 of our items upon delivery. (Note: This is inconsequential to them, but during this delay I fell asleep in car under the influence of drugs that allow me to drive be I have severe epilepsy.) Also, since the broken items are under the claims department they treated me like raging Karen when I called to resolve the situation. BTW please be aware that there is a $100 deductible that YOU have to pay if THEY break YOUR things. My glass shelving is vintage, from the early '90s. There is no way to get the value of it unless it is whole, which is impossible now because it is now broken. We couldn't even find pieces to fix it ourselves. So I'm waiting for the claims process to complete but from what I've experienced it doesn't look good. Two Men and a Truck have moved me flawlessly without taking my stuff apart countlessly over the years. Go with them. They are with the money.

feel compelled to share my recent experience with Leaders as a cautionary tale to anyone considering their services, it was an utter disaster. Firstly, they arrived hours later than scheduled, causing significant inconvenience and disrupting our plans. But the lateness was just the beginning of our troubles. The movers displayed a shocking lack of professionalism and care for our belongings. Despite my explicit instructions to wrap certain items, they neglected to do so, resulting in extensive damage to numerous possessions. To add insult to injury, I found myself having to assist the movers with their tasks, essentially doing their job for them. Moreover, the behavior of the moving crew towards both myself and my wife was completely unprofessional. Their inappropriate comments only compounded our frustration and made the entire experience even more unpleasant. At this point, I have no choice but to file a claim for the damages caused by Leaders. It's abundantly clear that they are not equipped to handle even the most basic aspects of their job, let alone provide a satisfactory service to their customers. Save yourself the time, money, and stress by looking elsewhere for movers. Trust me, you do not want to endure the same nightmare that I went through. I strongly advise against entrusting them with your belongings.

1200, 1397, 10228, 10191. They were absolutely fantastic and took great care of us and our furniture. They also had fun. I do have to edit this review. I had the crew move 2 5ft decorative nutcrackers. I wish I had moved them myself. When I was organizing our basement I found the arm of one of my nutcrackers on a shelf. No one told me they had broken it. When I called the office I basically got a “we will address it” and no apology. I wish they had treated them like our furniture. I can not replace it.

Darnell, Ren, and Matt were great. On time, efficient, and very careful with our belongings. They wrapped the door jams, newel post and floor to protect everything in both the old house and the new one. They were amazing on getting heavy items up our curved steps. Great team, great job. I would recommend to anyone seeking a mover - they came highly recommended and did not disappoint.
