We recently used Leave It Moving LLC for an out of state upack move. We received a call from the company promptly and they shared great advice about how to prepare for this move. It instilled a great amount of comfort. Unfortunately, the movers themselves did not actually use the items. We have severe damage to our furniture and are missing items that were left for the movers to pack. We were deeply disappointed by this as we have many items that were not useable once unpacked. I reached out to the company to share my experience as I was very upset. I was told it was not their problem. I was treated very poorly because it was my responsibility to advise the movers how to pack. And they are certain no one would take our items. We must have misplaced them. Think twice before trusting this company with your move.

Would Not Recommend I would not recommend using this company. We had a large job scheduled for 8 hours and they did not come prepared, I had to keep running to Lowes to buy supplies that they needed. They also severely damaged a corner of a stairwell and when I pointed it out to them, they then wanted to renege on the move, stop working and leave, leaving me with no way to complete the move. After showing the damage, they said that they would come back the next day and fix it. Next day came and they did not come, nor the following day. Leave it Moving does not come prepared, and they do not live up to their word. I would not use this moving company again.

We recently used them for an interior move while having our house renovated. They packed our breakable objects and glass shelves quickly, professionally and much better than we could have ourselves. It was definitely worth it to not worry about that portion of packing. The moving team did a great job moving our furniture, making sure to verify what items needs to go where. When moving them back they were also great at making sure they were placed correctly and assembled. They were professional and didn’t damage any walls or items. Some of them were a tight fit and I was impressed at the care they took. I would recommend them especially if you’re doing any kind of major house renovation. Big projects are stressful but having someone else handle the moving makes that portion much easier.

My husband and I own a hardwood flooring company in KC. We recently started using Leave it Moving to help move our clients furniture out and back in while we refinish their floors. This company has provided great service for our clients and it responsive and values our clients as much as we do. We had a slight miscommunication on a job and the owner, Erica, immediately made it right. She even went to move the left behind boxes herself instead of making our client wait until the crews were available during this busy time. Me and my client were very appreciative of the efforts made to get everything set right! We are very happy we found this company for our clients moving needs!!

I give Leave It Moving superb marks across the board and would strongly recommend to anyone searching for affordable, yet high-quality moving assistance. The owner, Erica, called and confirmed the details of my appointment the same day the reservation was made and took the time to ask about the specifics of my move (type of furniture, distance, etc.) and offered recommendations. The actual move day could not have gone more smoothly! The moving team was punctual (showed up 15 minutes early), professional, and communicative (explained their recommended packing approach but were receptive to my wishes for protecting fragile/valuable items. The moving team finished packing the moving truck 30 minutes early and all of my items arrived safely and without any damage. Leave It Moving is an exceptionally well-run company that will provide a level of service that at minimum rivals (and in my opinion greatly exceeds) that of larger operations. Highly recommend to those seeking assistance with a self-move.
