I've had horses my entire life in South Florida and have known about Brook ledge and their great reputation for many years. I'm up here in Ocala now and had an emergency with one of my horses last night and called Brookeledge so they could transfer him to a local equine facility and they were at my house within an hour. Matthew was amazing and helped me get my horse up and reassured me he was going to be okay for the trip to the hospital. Spoke with Jenny today and she was very informative and friendly. I will definitely be using this company from now on for any equine transport needs!

Prompt and very on top of communicating with the owner. Needed last minute transport from FL to NC and they were able to fit me in within a week. Over Christmas too! my horse even got a layover break (better for him in my opinion). Picked up the horse exactly on time, called me to let me know. Called when leaving layover and called when close to drop off. Just incredibly impressed with the professionalism and I never had to wonder where my horse was or what was happening.

Truly great transport company. These big hearted people transported a rescue foal that had wry nose surgery for Rockin R Rescue, and waived fee upon hearing about her story. Very deserving of people's business.

Good solid company to work for a a driver. Everything as promised. My co-driver Mike Andrews was top notch and very easy to team with also very knowledgeable. Great crew of guys. Unfortunately, personal circumstances required me to leave but I would highly recommend them for a driving job.

We received a bill 5 MONTHS after the service with interest added on for a bill we show as paid on our bank account. When I informed them it had been paid, (at the moment I thought by the Equine hospital) I was told by Chantel, it was "Incumbent on me to Make the vet call them to verify it." My husband called Brook Ledge and spoke to a different person, and was told the bill we paid was only for 1 way of transport. He asked why we are just now receiving this bill 5 months later. She replied; "They had a glitch in their system by Gmail that was blocking their mail, and the email to us was rude because most 'HORSE PEOPLE' don't pay their bill." WOW. So, you tack on interest, and are rude to customers because of your glich issue? Then add "Horse people don't pay their bills?!" We were absolutely shocked. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL business. FYI. Your check will be in the mail tomm. because us "horse people " pay our bills.
