If I could give negative stars I would. The customer service is awful. They say they'll call you back but never do. I had to write a review because my experience was so bad. They are competitively priced but not worth a single penny you'd spend. I was concerned when I watched them loading my car. They were careless and ended up damaging my car. The damage is very obvious from the move and significant. They have not take responsibility and doubt they will. If you want your car transferred safely, carefully, without damage do NOT use Lego Transport.

I was assigned to Lego by Direct Express, and both services are disappointing. Direct express quoted at a pretty low price, but I waited for seven days and nobody contacted me. So I added 200 dollars to my quote, and they immediately assigned me to Lego. Lego was supposed to come to pickup my car the next day, but no one called me until I contacted them. The guy told me I would have expected them coming late night that day. But no one showed up. Called next day, the driver finally showed up at 10:30pm. The car was supposed to be delivered in a week, but I was told the truck broke down. I haven't received my car after 8 days. The whole process of auto transportation took me forever. Now I had to uber to everywhere, which sucks.

They helped me move a few cars across the the states and were very professional about the service. They explained which services they offer and helped me decide what I needed most. They also sent me regular updates and were available for any questions. Very satisfied!

DO NOT deal with company. You will never get the quoted price that they will tell you for moving a vehicle. It will always be higher and quite frankly they don't care. Never sign there contract because it has clauses in it that locks you into the higher price or if you back out because of the higher price that you cannot afford they will quickly tell you that you owe them $150.00. I find this company to be very unethical in their approach to their business and really do not care about their customers.
