WORST company ever! Twice this company cancelled our (previously) confirmed ride without any notice. Sadly, this is the only company our insurance deals with. We will have to private pay from now on as this company is completely unreliable. Avoid if you can. (With so many 1-star reviews, it should make you wonder about the 5-star reviews.)

This company is extremely rude, yells at you over the phone while you’re still speaking, hangs up on you, lies about whether or not they’ve arrived to pick patients up, and lies about why they can’t pick the patient up. I have dealt with them for years and not one time was it a good experience.

Amazing partners in NEMT support, we began working with Castro and Sons a little over a year ago and they have been nothing but supportive to our patients. They ensure timeliness always checking on pick up and drop off times.

Scheduled pick up at 915 am called and they said they sent someone. Didn't get picked up till 1030am. Then they're going to be nasty to me. The van smelt like straight weed. Smfh . Never again will I use this company.

I really wish I could give these rude and incompetent people 0 stars. Not only do they not do their job but they also have the audacity to lie and gaslight people about it. My partner was set up with them for his medical transport service. There have been a couple of times where they have not shown up to provide that service and have made different false claims; such as the doctor's office not setting up the ride, they were given the wrong address, etc. This morning they again did not show up. When my partner tried calling, they ignored his calls. His doctor's office was finally able to get through to them and they claimed that they had arrived at 8:15am and had also tried calling to let him know that they were there. First off, they have never called for previous pick ups, they just rudely honk. I've started waiting by the window to try and avoid this since I don't appreciate them pissing off my neighbors. I had been at the window from 7:30am onwards, nobody arrived. (I live at the end of a dead end street so it's very clear when a car comes this way. Not only do I see and hear it, but my dog also lets me know.) Also, there were no missed calls. It's one thing to not show up, it's another thing to then straight up lie and gaslight people on top of it. Especially since they are supposed to be providing a service to help people in need medically. They really must have no conscience to get off on treating people this way. I would stay far away from them. A company that behaves this way does not deserve to be in business.
