Very pleased with our purchase ( a 2007 Patriot built on 2x6 wall studs, sheet rock walls and flat ceilings). Mr Lemmond personally listened to our concerns and promptly attended. The delivery and setup went okay, and Lemmond followed up with any and all "punch" items promptly. Very satisfied with our purchase and after sale experience. I DO RECOMMEND Lemmond Mobile Homes of Tuscumbia AL.

Don't waste your time here on used homes. Go and spend just a little more and get a new one. No warranty, no help after delivery.

The ppl were nice. I'm assuming they were nice because (why wouldn't they be?) They are selling something. The mobile home they sold us was just a lemon. Leaks in the roof ,flat paint throughout, can't be washed,thing falling apart, electrical issues just to name a few. Didn't expect perfect but for the price these things shouldn't be going on. Not to happy.Beware!!!!

If I could give NO stars I would but then I couldn't Express my thoughts on these people that own and run this excuse of a used mobile home lot. The one I looked at was 25 years old and been redone in a lot of places as did every home. And yes I understand things have to be replaced and if there is holes in the wall they have to be patched and filled up. You don't do it with white duck tape and paint over, or put tape on the window seals. Which was hiding water damage.. Not knowing I saw all of this his asking price was $25,000.00 for a 25 year old home. You dont pay much more for a new one... complete and total rip off at this place.... Wouldn't trust this Man as far as I could throw him.
