If I could give them a -1 review, I would. I was told they would be delayed a few hours on the day of my move. They continued to delay hour after hour and then 8 hours later (at midnight), I was told that they could come at 1am to move my things. Absolutely unacceptable and so incredibly unprofessional. I ended up canceling and luckily finding someone to help me move the next morning. I have been contacting and texting Andre almost every other day to get my deposit back and have been ignored every single time. Do yourself a favor and find a reliable moving company who knows how to communicate and operate efficiently.

My Daughter used these guys and had a great experience. When she moved I watched them wrap all of the pieces so that there was no damage. I used to own a furniture store and many of the movers don't take the time to wrap all of the furniture. It is very important. So when it came time for me to move I called 'Let's Move NYC.' Spoke with Andre. He was able to give me a price based on some photos I sent him from my telephone. Very convenient! The building I was moving into required a certificate of insurance and that was no problem either. They produced the certificate a few days before move. Also, I ran out of boxes to pack up my things on move day and they gave me plenty of additional boxes -- no charge! My move day had to be changed because of a board approval issue, but that was no problem either! When we arrived at the new place with the stuff it was too late to use the service elevator so the movers had to wait around until 8:00 PM. It turned out fine. We went for some hamburgers and finished up at about midnight. Michael and his crew were great. I highly recommend. Chris

This was my first time using a moving company and I have to say everything went pretty smoothly. The team consisted of Victor, Mike and Danny. They were so helpful and took care of everything. They even helped reassemble my bed and sofa for no additional cost. Thank you Let's Move.

Let's Move was an ideal moving experience. I cannot compliment or recommend this company enough. Andre was who we spoke to on the phone and he couldn't have been more accommodating and kind. The crew he sent was led by Mike - he's the best!! Professional, personable, careful, and efficient. We are so happy and grateful to know of a quality moving company in the area!

My husband and I just moved this past weekend and we highly recommend Let’s Move NYC! They were the first company that I came across and after reading the excellent reviews and speaking to Andre over the phone, he assured us that we were in good hands. He answered any of our questions and made booking very easy. When the days arrived to pack all of our items and move Mike, Danny and Victor were amazing. They were so friendly, knowledgeable and made sure that all of our furniture and belongings were packed safely and efficiently. It was a long day, but they worked very hard to get the job done and get us all moved in. The prices were very reasonable for all of the work that was put into the packing and the move and it was great to know that it was all a flat rate, regardless of how long it took. Thanks so much again guys, we greatly appreciate all of the hard work and for all of the laughs during a stressful time! Do not hesitate to book Let’s Move NYC for your next move!
